  Mike, Dawn and his team were able to close in a very short period of time on our refinance. The process took a little over 3 weeks from start-to-finish. They were also very competitive with their rate and fees -- even being able and willing to match a lender discount program my wife was eligible for through her work. We chose City Bank Mortgage because the other program would have taken about 60 days (we were told refinancing was considered a lower priority than were new loans). Very friendly, prompt, professional service!

  Absolutely amazing experience with Mike and Dawn! Being home time first buyers, there was a lot we understandably didn’t know about the process. They were always so patient and accommodating for us. Things got really crazy at the end, and where I know any large bank wouldn’t have cared enough to get us closed on time, they did it! 10/10 recommend!

  Great Lender company I highly recommend City Bank Mortgage, specially Mike (Michael Walkenhorst) and his office staff (Dawn and Michelle) for your mortgage needs. They went above and beyond to make our mortgage experience easy and affordable! Mike always responds to my emails and texts promptly and professionally. He answered all my questions in a detail and clear way. This is my second mortgage with them, but even though, it was an out of state mortgage, they were able to accommodate my closing and closed before my deadline.
