  Affiliated Bank is a great bank! Great personalized customer service! I did my PPP loan application with them and they were really easy to work with and were really quick in processing the application and get the loan funded! Joni Wilson is a banker there and she is great person to work with. She is all about servicing her customers in the best way possible!

  I love love love how sweet these people are! They genuinely care about you! I have been banking with them for about 3 years now and recently I had to go in for an new auto loan. (May I say that I was in quite a rush to get one) everyone greeted me with joy and Mis Kristal was the one that helped me out with the starting up process. She was the SWEETEST person ever and you could tell she wanted to help me out. She took time for me to make sure everything was going good. After that Mis Heather was the one that took over my case and Oh My Gosh she was even more caring and sweet even after the car agency was giving me problems. I highly recommend affiliated bank not only because it’s a trusted bank but because customer service is at it’s greatest!!!!!! Thank you for everything!

  If you need a bank you need to go talk Joni! She is amazing and really cares about you as a person. She takes the time to sit down and get to know you on a personal level. It's not just a bank it's a relationship!

  We've had our accounts with Affiliated since relocating to Texas in 2013. We've been extremely pleased with the service, and love all the automation available to us. All the bells and whistles of a big bank, but the personal attention of a small-town bank. We really appreciate it!

  Terribly disappointed with the lack of cooperation and honesty with this group. They made an absolute mess out of what was supposed to be a thrilling life experience of buying a new home. I felt like I was dealing with the stereo-typical used car salesman. A complete bait & switch program. My only advice to anyone considering using this lending institution is to find another source. They totally misrepresented our loan structure and it cost us hundreds of thousands of dollars and we were forced to re-fi with another lender and it almost cost us our new home. Totally unprofessional and they had no apparent knowledge of the mortgage business. Be very careful if you choose to work with this group!

  I just got off the phone with Cassie. She is assisting me with an small business that I sold and closed the account due to the sell. She is just being great and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. I still have my personal account with Affiliated and always look forward to coming in and seeing my old friends but today a special thank you to Cassie.
