  This insurance company has to be the worst insurance company in Payson, Arizona. I purchased a homeowners policy for my mobile home in November of 2020, I paid the premium for the year but I never received a copy of the policy. I contacted Lacy at the office and she told me that she had mailed a copy to me, which I never received. Finally after 3 attempts three phone calls and several emails I finally received the declaration page from the office. Which was not even for my mobile home, it was for a different mobile home, a different year, a different make and model and an entirely different size. So when the snow storm hit in Payson at the end of January, I had substantial damage to my awning and water damage from the melting snow. But when I called to file my claim the adjuster said it wasn't covered because my policy wasn't accurate. During the year I'd contacted Lacey three different times to correct the policy and she never did. The only time that I was contacted by this insurance company was when they wanted me to renew my policy for $100 more per year and for the same mobile home that I didn't own. If you need homeowners insurance in Payson please don't go to Service First Insurance they are inadequate and don't know what they're doing.
