      I want to thank irene for helping me today with assigning beneficiaries to my accts. She provided superior customer service. I appreciate how any front line worker who has worked this entire time thru COV ID deserves appreciation!!! Especially when there is staff shortage Patience goes a long way

      My first visit in the lobby area at the Payson Wells Fargo location since I located to the area and Paul English was very customer friendly and helpful with my banking needs and Dawn as well with my Teller needs. They were both helpful, polite and overall customer oriented and created a pleasant atmosphere and banking experience. I also noticed that the entire staff was consciencious in regards to the safety of both the customer and themselves, constantly cleaning and sterilizing all areas touched by the customer. Very impressed with the overall operation and staff.

      Ive waited for 30+ minutes on your 800 line listening to your advisory regarding high call volume and a ten minute wait. Typical, classic Wells Fargo. I don't have all day to wait on Wells Fargo. Doing business there is sometimes good however never consistent, at times frustrating. The only reason I have not changed banks is because in the short term its more work for me.

      This bank stinks! Had an appointment made by them for today(Saturday) clarified details they said come on in Sat. We did they were closed. Several others waiting outside too. Worst bank ever!!

      I went to this branch to get help with a Zelle issue. Had a confirmation code and a screen shot of the transaction and the banker was no help. He made no calls, did not look in his computer. He made no effort to help me. Just lazy. Put the problem back on the customer to call a 800 number. Very poor service.

      Due to the "Stay at home" I was not able to get to the bank. I had someone send money to my account but the bank overlooked it being there & still took $35 from my account. That should of not happened but guess the bank has to make their money somehow. I will be transferring my account to another bank once the "Stay at home" is lifted.
