  A few months ago we tried to refinance through our mortgage lender, it was the worst experience. After 2 months of no progress we cancelled the deal and decided to find someone local. Working with Dannielle’s team was refreshing. It was a simple process and from start to finish was complete in less than 4 weeks. We got cash back, our rate was lower than what our current mortgage lender was offering and our payment decreased. It was a great experience working with Dannielle and her team.

  Dannielle is the best!! I have used her several times now for my mortgages and I won’t use anyone else. Dannielle and her entire team go above and beyond and they are extremely knowledgeable. If I could give her 100 stars I would.

  Dannielle and Liz were always so responsive and showed that they truly wanted to make our first time buying a home a great experience.   Danielle did an excellent job with our mortgage process. I could not have imagined better service than we received from her at all times through the entire experience. The document management system they use for submission of all required documentation to secure a loan is so easy to use and understand. Highly recommend her and Bay Equity for any of your mortgage needs.

  Dannelle and Liz were very helpful though the whole loan process! They were very attentive very quick to get thing done kept us updated on everything every step of the way ,I highly recommended dannelle to anyone looking to get a loan.Super friendly! She even went out of her way to put our paperwork in with our realtor before leaving for a business trip she went above and beyond our realtor was very impressed with how fast things were done and updated Thank you so much Dannelle and Liz! ~

  I love Dannielle and her team, Colleen and Liz. I've known Dannielle and Liz for a few years now, being in a similar business. It was nice having them on my side of the loan process. They were excellent at communicating the process and jumping through hoops to assist in getting the documentation we needed. Underwriting can be tough in this climate and I had a few stressful moments that both her and Colleen helped me navigate. I'd highly recommend Dannielle and her team. Thanks, ladies!
