  Always enjoy seeing Rebecca at the teller window with her smile and friendly greeting. She has great attention to detail, thoroughly processes all transactions and willing to help customers with their questions. Thank you for great customer service! Elizabeth has amazing banking knowledge and found a creative solution to a problem. She even showed me the process. Greatly appreciate the support. Will continue to recommend Copper State to anyone who asks what the best financial institution is in Payson.

  I've been a member for ten years. Everyone that works there is respectful and overall a delight. Elizabeth, Mackenzie, and Travis are excellent employees and do a wonderful job of making me feel welcome.

  I cannot thank Miss Rebecca Stewart enough for her most courteous and helpful service, it’s kind of a pain when your dog eats your bank card, lol but Ms. Stewart was very helpful and I really appreciate her help, wishing everybody a blessed day at Copper State credit Union in Payson Arizona!❤️🇺🇸🙏 not guilty photo and then guilty photo of the bank card eating German Shepherd “Lookie” ps I would like to thank you guys for having an employee party although “Madonna G” complained about it I think it’s wonderful that companies do wonderful things for their employees because sometimes customers can be “trying” to say the least!! so kudos to Copper State for showing love to their own employees!!!!❤️❤️❤️🇺🇸

  I stopped in this branch while I was in payson visiting family and was incredibly impressed with the service. I walked in and was immediately greeted by 3 hellos from various employees. The manager even came out from her office and greeted me. You don’t see that often with businesses nowadays. I am a shared branching member and just needed to get a small amount of cash and they were so quick to help, but also let me know they had an ATM I could use without any fees as a perk of being a part of shared branching. When I told them how great they were they even let me know there was a Copper State location less than a mile away from my house in Surprise. I was so impressed from beginning to end with this service that my husband and I will be moving all of our accounts from AZ Fed to Copper State. I hope somebody high up sees this because this is an exceptional team of employees who truly put their members first.

  I recently refinanced my auto loan from Desert Financial to Copper State, and I have never had a better experience than when I came into this branch. I was a bit bitter with Desert Financial and Copper State came in and not only refinanced me but at a 1% better interest rate. All of the staff were so wonderful, especially Travis and Elizabeth. I could see the smiles behind their masks. It was great to see local kids I’ve known since I taught them in elementary school working at this location. What a wonderful experience and I will be singing their praises for years to come!

  I am new to Payson and was nervous about using a credit union, as I have always used banks, but this branch has embraced me like a family and treats me so well. I have never had a financial institution where I can walk in and everybody knows me and greets me by my name. It is a wonderful feeling. I was very impressed that their assistant manager came out while I was in line and introduced herself to me and said she is new to the branch and was looking forward to working with me. The manager is always so kind and helpful and Travis is a joy to be around. He reminds me of my grandson very much. Very thankful for this branch and the credit union experience.
