  Sentinel Title in Daphne, Al made the whole process of closing so simple. We haven’t purchased a lot of property and really didn’t know what to expect. From the very beginning we starting getting emails on the closing process and links to all the information that was important to keeping us updated on what we needed to do next.   Very pleased. Fantastic service. Communication at all times. Everything was ready when we arrived for our appointment. Explained everything step by step. Along with ourselves and our Realtor were free to ask questions at any time. Closing appointment took about an hour which was a huge relief during our day of excitement. Ms. Phyl Bolton was very kind and pleasant.

  I found Jessica Rohm very on top of things and everything was done in a professional manner and very timely. The day before the closing the Buyer tested positive for COVID. It did not bother them at all. We closed in the parking lot with Levi in latex gloves and mask. Everything went so smoothly and there was no drama through the whole process.
