  They are extremely lazy and will use any excuse not to do their job. I needed a cash advance to pay my rent. I renewed my license online and had proof that’s acceptable for law enforcement, but the people at regions wanted any excuse to skip out on doing their job, so my rent is now going to be late. Valid license. Plenty of money to cover it. It was just inconvenient for them. They are rude, lazy, and useless. You’ll be treated better if you use prepaid cards from Walmart for your banking needs. These people are awful. Every time I’ve been here, it’s like pulling teeth to get them to do their job.

  I Rarely give a Bad review, it’s necessary this time. Regions employees, start looking for another job soon. These Neanderthals running the place, starting at the Very Top have ruined & continue to smash this Institution in the Ground. NO customer service. Scripts read. Laughable & Unbelievable. Who in the Hell is in charge? Try using your APP! Sadzzz

  I really do love banking with Regions. This branch is in a great location and the customer service if always great. I use the ATM all the time and have never had an issue!

  Slowest branch I have ever dealt with in my 30 + years of banking with Regions. Hate having to go through the drive...rate them a D-. Regions CEO John Turner should be informed about this branch...!

  The staff is friendly but 80% of the time the ATM is broken so therefore there is no convenience when this bank is closed at 4:30 p.m. the ATM rarely works properly that is ridiculous with all of the money that Banks make off of us why doesn't the ATM work properly?

  STAY AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE BANK Daphne Al branch I WENT IN TO EXCHANGE SOME 20 dollar bills for some hundreds the nasty teller first wanted my ID then proceeded to tell me if I didn’t have an account they would not do it Also at the Theodore al branch I went in to cash a $ 80 check from my friend He had made it out to cash another very nasty teller informed me that only The person who wrote the check is allowed to cash it “hogwash “ Avoid this crappy bank and there money hungry ways Worst Bank ever

  Great service and I felt cared for because the attendant offered my dogs a treat while we waited for my transaction to complete.
