  I actually transferred my Solo 401K account from Nabers as I was not happy with their customer service. Dmitriy and his team have provided excellent support ever since, and I am very happy that I transferred my account. He has been providing detailed clarification and prompt response for all of my questions related to real estate investment, brokerage account opening etc..   I had a great experience, as far as quality of guidance and timeliness of replies, while setting up a self-directed retirement account. Also want to add how non-pushy Sense Financial was... It took me many months to setup the account, since I was in the process of leaving my job, and I also setting up a new entity, and wanted to delay the process until those were wrapped up. So I really appreciate that they (Sense) worked with my timeline, and not once I felt rushed or pushed to do something, and that was very good!

  I found an article on Bigger Pockets by Sense Financial after a long online search trying to find a company who offers Solo 401k (self directed IRA) for business owners.   Much better *and* much easier than I expected. I had a few specific requirements for my desired plan that the competitors couldn't support but Sense Financial helped me set up exactly the plan I needed and made it clear they supposed all my desired features during a quick and efficient phone conversation. Once I decided to proceed, they asked me for some info and quickly prepared all the paperwork and filings; all I had to do was read and sign.
