  My fiancé and I were looking for our first house and we were recommended to Bryan by a family member. My family argues about who found Bryan first saying he was “my guy” and now that we have gone through the loan process for our house, I can see why. He is probably the quickest responder you’ll ever come across. We had so many questions and he was always very personable and cared about the level of detail he was providing to us since we were so new to the process. I highly highly recommend Bryan for all your home loan needs.

  I can't say enough about working with Bryan. He help us sell our condo, which turned into a lot more than we had anticipated. Bryan help us out with reliable contractors to get work we needed done before the sell. Once sold Bryan help us find our forever home, a home that had 42 other offers on it and he was able to lock it in! We were amazed!!! After the purchase Bryan recommended additional vendors to help with our remodel. Everyone as been amazing!! Bryan also took care of our funding and was able to lock in a great loan. I would recommend Bryan to anyone, whether you are buying, selling or need assistance with funding.

  We had a great experience working with Bryan Laam on our recent home refinance. He was referred to us by a friend and we will be referring him to our friends as well. The entire process took less than 3 weeks from start to finish, and he was always available for questions. He returned phone calls and emails the same day, usually within a couple of hours if we didn’t immediately get him on the phone. The entire process was painless and there were no surprises. In addition to appreciating the customer service the bottom line is, he saved us money.

  Bryan was a referral from my brother that lives in Anaheim area. I was very impressed by Bryan quick response via text and email after our first initial phone call. I live in San Diego and we were still again to get everything done via electronic docs signing. He was very professional and honest. He shopped around to find us the best rate. Signing went smooth and funded as expected. I would definitely be using Bryan again for future mortgage needs.
