  Paul O. has been really great with helping us both finance and refinance our home. He has been very patient with all of our questions and responds to us quickly despite the time of day. He makes sure everything goes smoothly and all the transactions with paperwork were done electronically and very easy to manage.   Clear to close within a week and the loan was funded within 2 weeks during the holiday season. My compliments to Paul and his team for being so quick, knowledgeable, and getting things done. This was my 4th time working through a financing project with Paul; it wont be the last.

  Paul was extremely competent in his work. It was a great pleasure to work with him. Online refinance comes with a low rate but there is an anxiety element since there is no face to face interaction. Paul communicates extremely well to soothe this anxiety! I have never waited more than 10 mins to get my questions answered. Nice surprise was that the final closing cost was LESS than the initial GFE, which never happened to me before. I will highly recommend Paul!

  Mr. Paul Compos was very professional, and knowledgeable about the entire refinancing process. He was also able to get us a lower interest rate than we originally discussed. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised. I had been looking for refinancing that lowered our monthly payments to an amount that made the refi worthwhile. Instant Capital and Paul Compos became the place for us. Now with a lower mortgage payment we can save and soon have the recommended 4 to 6 month emergency funding.   Working with Paul Campos at Instant Capital has been an exceptional experience. Paul financed our home back in September 2019 and helped make things work with a little bit of a challenging situation that we presented him. He then contacted us 6 months later to let us know we could qualify for a lower interest rate. We just got done refinancing, are saving some money on our monthly payment and it all went pretty quickly and smoothly. Paul is always available and in constant contact every step of the way.
