  Scott Chaplin and his team made the refinance process seamless, easy, and even enjoyable. Scott is extremely knowledgeable, sharp, friendly, funny, professional, and immensely helpful. He ushered our refinance to the end zone with the talent, clarity, and ease of a Super Bowl MVP. He explained everything clearly, was available for any and all questions (which he answered flawlessly), and he finished our whole refinance in record time with a once-in-a-lifetime rate. He made something that's usually beyond daunting and nerve-wracking fun.   He worked on my refinance and will also be helping us on our home purchase. Scott has the heart of a teacher when it comes to consulting homeowners on loan products. I am very detail oriented and appreciate the time he takes to explain things to my fiance and I in a way that I understand. The loan fees are reasonable, but I believe it is the personal touch he puts with each client that makes doing business with him special.
