  Cory Williamson is the man! I was a first time home buyer going through USDA, which can be a very confusing process. I am also the owner of a small business, which makes getting a USDA loan even more confusing. Cory made everything very simple, and was extremely responsive to my needs. He broke down my questions into easy to understand answers, and made me feel confident through every step of the process. His expertise and wealth of knowledge saved me endless hours of searching online for answers. Cory gave me access to his cell phone number on Day 1, and he answered the phone every time I called (even after hours). His consistency in communication is hard to find in any company, especially mortgage lenders. I was living in a wonderful new home within 90 days from my first contact with Cory. I never had to leave my house, put on a suit or go to a bank during the entire process. He made it so easy that it almost feels like I'm renting - but I'm not! 5 stars all day. If you buy a house from somebody else then you are doing it wrong.

  If you are looking for a lender you have found the best! Cory made our buying experience amazing and so smooth! He was always available when I called and knowledgeable about any question I was throwing at him. Friends and coworkers kept telling me my closing was goin to be pushed back, not with Cory. We were clear to close a week earlier than expected! I will be sending anyone buying to him!"

  The home buying process was a little difficult, but having Kyle Brown on our side was the best decision ever! Our family went from homeless to homeowners because of Kyle and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of! Not only did he stay on top of his job but others as well! He answered our phone calls day and night, weekends, holidays and his child's birthday! He held our hand through the entire process! If we had to do it all over again, Kyle Brown would be our guy! He's amazing and 110% dedicated!
