  Bogdan is extremely nice and got us a wonderful rate on our mortgage when we purchased our new home. It was almost half of what the mortgage on our previous home was. He made the process very easy and the application and document upload was simple and streamlined. I have recommended him since to any friends or family that have mentioned home purchase or refinance because I just don’t believe a better, more supportive mortgage representative exists in Georgia. He also advised us on several ways for us to save even more money down the road so that we are prepared for our future. I have never appreciated the mortgage process so much or had such an easy time from application to signing. It would not have happened without his help!

  Normally I have trust issues and I am paranoid with anyone handling my business and personal information. This guy was great, not too pushy and he knew everything i needed and helped me sort and organize my papers. I refinanced with him and not only did he take care of all my needs with that but he reviewed my insurances and got me a better deal on those. Saved me a bunch of money I was just throwing away and didnt even know it. Highly recommend Bogdan Toderut as an agent and the company he works for. Extremely satisfied and I wish I conducted business with him sooner. Very trustworthy and very assuring.

  Bogdan is very knowledgeable and patient. He helped us buy our home and of course this is very stressful, however, anytime I had a quick question I called him and he always answers his phone and calmly explains everything too you. I would definitely recommend you work with him.
