  Adam Rodes and his team of China Mattews and Andrea Hogan were great through out the process of our home loan. Adam Rodes and his team were always available when my wife and I had questions or concerns about our loan. Great Customer Service ! I would refer my family and friends to them because to my wife and I..it was a great experience through out the whole loan process. Customer service is lost these days but Adam Rodes and his team of China Mattews and Andrea Hogan set the standards of what Great Customer Service should be today. Great Job !

  I couldn't imagine working with anybody else but Beth and her team to get a mortgage. My sister-in-law and her husband used Beth around 2-3 years ago to buy their first family home and they had nothing but wonderful things to say about Beth, so we decided to use Beth to help us secure our mortgage. We started by contacting Beth around April and letting her know what exactly our plans were moving forward. She let us know what we could do better in order to position ourselves to get the best rates and where we could benefit paying off some credit. In July, we were finally ready to put our home up for sale and we let Beth know we were ready to get pre-approval and would start putting in offers for homes. We failed with a bid and once the bid was accepted on the house we currently live in there was only around 3 weeks for Beth and her team to get us approved for a mortgage. Beth and her processor China were always there to let us know our status and had no problem going the extra mile. We ended up getting approval with just enough time to spare, which is insane to do in 3 weeks. Having Beth there to navigate us through this process made things much easier on me and my wife who are also 8 months pregnant and were racing against the baby to move into a house. We got in the house before the baby was born! Anybody would be silly to not use Beth Gordon and Northpoint Mortgage.

  I was in the market to purchase my second home and was referred to Northpoint Mortgage. After having a not so great experience with my first mortgage company I was hesitant. Thank God I took that leap and decided to use Northpoint. I cannot speak enough on how Adam and his team treated us throughout the entire process. They made sure the process was as painless as possible and I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed it. If you are look for a mortgage company look no further.
