  On July 2, 2022, I signed in at the 6907 N Loop 1604 Branch to terminate/cash out my CDs.  However, Joseph fully explained the new CD rates and other member services that would enhance my financial portfolio. I was completely impressed with Joseph's knowledge and exceptional customer service!  Just wanted management to know of this "Super Star".

  The employee who handled opening a new personal account for me was good and friendly. My only issue is that it took just over 2 hours to open the account and became rather cumbersome. That was much longer than I expected.

  Today I was Looking To open a New checking Account Here At Ssfcu 1604 Ne Location.As soon as I walked in i was Greeted by Associate Joseph with a warm welcomeing.After I sighned in and let them know what im here for i only waited about 10 Minutes or So and Was Greeted By Another 5 Star Associate Patty.She helped me open my new Account,Establish a Loan i didnt think i was going to get Approved for Prior to comeing in Today,and Gave Some Dam Good Advice About building My Credit better and Maintaining It. 5 STARS THIS LOCATION ROCKS!!!!

  Two things: I obtained a loan from Security Service Federal credit Union thus purchased my dream car, yes I have a good credit however they trusted me, not only that, making my first payment at the bank for some reasons a nice lady "Christine" is her name mentioned the opportunity to speak with another bank representative "Brian" specialized in insurance so I did and guess what on spot the same day I moved 3 vehicles of mine to an new insurance Company. Brian was very helpful, he got me a deal that I couldn't even dream of so YES I would suggest you all reading this review to go to that branch and see it for yourself just go and ask, it doesn't cost you a dime to ask and then you'll be just like me "Sending a positive review" ... Thumbs up to Christine and Brian and thank you!

  I want to send the BIGGEST shout out for your employee JOSEPH!!!! What a find with him!!! Joseph DEFINITELY went above and beyond when I needed records and statements for the whole last year to provide for a mortgage loan. Joseph asked questions, offered support, and came to my car several times with exactly what I needed! Joseph was so courteous and helpful and NEVER made me and my son feel like a burden to him which is all too common with the workplace today!!! You rock Joseph!!! I am a business owner and the biggest issue is finding good help! Joseph, if you ever want a painting position, please come our way... Intensity Paint, Inc.!!!!

  I want to let you know about one of your associates Jared Bolding. My account was hacked a couple of weeks ago and I was very upset that I might have lost a good sum of money. I went to the bank and he assured me that everything would be fine. His Professionalism was amazing.   I have always had good service at the Security Service Rolling Oaks branch. Today was even better than good. Joseph helped me with several transactions. He was efficient, pleasant, and even gave up part of his lunch hour to assist me. He is definitely a credit to Security Service.
