      Extremely poor customer service. Called and asked if an appointment was needed to change signers on the account, and was told no appointment was needed. Arrived at the branch to get the signer changed and was told no one would be able to assist us because of shortage of staff and only those with appointments would be seen. I then asked, if I was a customer who wanted to open an account if I would be turned away and was told, no a banker would assist and would be worked in🤔

      ZERO stars. This location has a severe lack of people/customer service skills as other reviews here can attest to. Amongst other things like their average 1 star rating and that's because we're forced to put atleast 1 star even when we don't want to. Which may explain the rate in which they go through branch managers....and class action lawsuits for that matter. I'm glad I only had to come here briefly to take care of my mother's affairs. This location is a joke and perpetually lies to their customers as I've seen firsthand. Do yourself a favor close your accounts and go elsewhere. I did several years ago and having to deal with this bank recently made me remember EXACTLY why!!

      Both atm's are closed and only one teller in the store. That means you wait in line. Poor customer service. When I pointed this out teller had a bad attitude. Asked for manager, equally bad attitude. Been with them since 1980, time to move on.

      DO NOT LET THIS BANK HANDLE YOUR MONEY ESPECIALLY A MORTGAGE! They sell out mortgages to Specialized Loan Services Llc without notifying customers! This "company" is based out of Colorado and has several lawsuits against them involving missing payments, increased rates without customer knowledge, and fraudulence. Please do your research and be cautious if this bank is handling any of your business. Would give zero stars of possible.

      One teller, no drive thru and it’s Friday. No Commercial line. 9 waiting in line. Really shows how they value customers . One star is for the security and Teller for staying calm and being kind. As for all the others walking around and not jumping in to assist and get folks on their way...0!

      Worse customer service ever. Have had my business account since 1985 and the current Branch Manager is the worse. Ten lobby customers in line and one teller to service everyone. An elderly woman was told by the manager to wait patiently and not complain about the service?! Seriously, instead of saying I am sorry she berates a customer. Everyone rolled their eyes at this manager, "Jenna". Customer paid a substantial amount of cash at 4:08 p.m., took it straight to the bank and guess what the drive through is CLOSED. To make this deposit I would have to drive to 3009 who's drive through stays open till 5:00. Why does this branch get to close so early. The drive through wait is just as bad. This morning, one teller for five lines! My employee cashed a check and the "greeter" said why don't you open an account with Bank of America. The employee replied, "Cause you have long lines all the time." Long lobby lines and three upper managers walking around. Get behind a till and wait on customers.

      I only gave one star because I have to choose a star to leave a review. I’d rather give ZERO STARS! I went in for change for my company. Mind you I had been there already twice this month for the same thing change and they never asked me for anything. It wasn’t a lot of change I needed it was only for $200. When they called me up to the counter I asked for my change and the lady ask me for an account number or my debt card I told her I didn’t have it she said if you don’t have that I can’t help you. I let her know I had been there twice this month already and they never asked for anything she said we are a bank and they should have. Maybe they need to be retrained.

      I had an issue with a check clearing in my account. The BofA customer service line was no help, told me there was nothing they could do. Called this branch, the manager Donna spoke with me on the phone. Asked me if I could come into the branch since she could not give info over the phone (highly understandable), and I live literally right down the street so I went in. I was there less than 30 minutes and by the time I left the funds were available in my account. Most help I have ever gotten at bank, thank you Donna!

      Everything everyone else is saying is the absolute truth. Five open lanes in the motor bank? One teller. Go inside on the first or last day of the month, the busiest days? One, maybe two tellers. And the manager, good Lord I've never dealt with a more rude person in my life and I worked retail for years. Expect every question, dumb or not, to be answered with dripping contempt. Unbelievable. Bank of America sucks anyway, but this location is the absolute worst.

      I actually read the reviews of this branch before coming but I gave them the benefit of the doubt since I figured only mad people take the time to write a review about a bank. Big mistake, everything is just as described in the reviews. Long lines and one clerk, etc. The lady that helped me was indifferent at first but she may have noticed I was writing a review and became much nicer and helpful. I bumped the review one star because of that. Still, you could hear everyone in line complaining among themselves. I uploaded a pic.
