Carlos Ramirez Jr2It’s was great that they pulled recall issues on my vehicle, that was at around 9:30 am. That said, the rep called to alert me that the vehicle was ready at 3:00 pm but I got a surprise when I got there. Apparently, she had called the wrong owner or the wrong car report whatever happened, the vehicle wouldn’t be ready for another 2 hours. All I heard was, “I’m sorry.” They’re lucky that they have a high volume of customers, that when one of them gets terrible service and won’t be coming back, they can afford it.

Letty Wilson5Hands down to Wilson in the service department I have been loyal client to the Gunns for years and will continue to be. Wilson had my son out of service department in less than an hour gave me an extra key for my Silverado and took care of a recall!! Austin Querbach2I came in to check a check engine light, exhaust fluid light that was on, oil change and fuel filter change and an inspection. I was told they couldn't do the engine light or the exhaust fluid light and that I would have to come back. The guy helping me was very nice but did not offer to schedule a date. I paid for an oil change, fuel filter change, and an inspection. My fuel filter info on the dash still says it is at 10% life left so I will have to take it back which I can only assume I'll be made to wait a long time, taking time out of my schedule. This is the second time I have been unhappy with the service as my first time there was with a very inexperienced service guy who fed me lines of BS about my tire pressure sensors. After I get my fuel filter issue fixed, I will not be going back.

Vanessa Robles1I took my car in because I was having issues with my car accerlating, (it's a 2013 vehicle I drove it off the lot with only 15 miles) within 48 hours after dropping my car off at the dealership, I received a phone call claiming they didn't find anything wrong with my car and it was ready for pick up. When I drove my car off the lot I could still detect issues with it. I thought I was being paranoid so I asked 3 different individuals test drive my car without telling them there was anything wrong with it and they all told me my car was lagging and may have some issues. After almost getting hit by an 18 wheeler because my car wouldn't accelerate on the highway I took my car back to the dealer to have it looked at again. Through the duration of the time my car was in the shop no one contacted me to with the status of my car. I had to call several times just to find out what was going on with my car. 3 weeks later they called me claiming they couldn't find any issues with my car and that it was ready to be picked up. When I got my car back I discovered that my front bumper had been damaged, there was trash and chocolate stains all over the back seat of my car. I wasn't even on the road for 10 minutes before my car started doing the exact same thing I took it in for. Never again will I come back to this location, the customer service is awful and the employees are all extremely rude. I'm beyond dissatisfied with my experience at this dealer.

Anthony Flores2Took my vehicle in for a simple front wheel alignment and asked for extra care for the new wheels I had just purchased. When I got home I checked over my vehicle, which I should have done at the dealer, and noticed damage to my wheel from placement of their equipment. This is the second time I notice they don't treat my vehicle with the care I expect especially paying the prices they charge!
