Meridith Lewis5We have had a Chase checking account for a long time with lines of credit on either a Chase card or a Chase sponsored card. My wife is the primary user of this account & likes to handle all her financial transactions on a personal basis. We were there several days ago to setup a recurring electronic transfer of funds to pay on a new automobile. After signing in around 1000, it was a short wait before we were helped by one of the bank associates. He was friendly, helpful, and assisted us thru the process of setting up the new account. In total, we were at the bank approximately thirty minutes. Since I am totally paperless, all my accounts are handled with an App or go on the internet to do my banking business. It was a good experience to deal person-to-person with a professional at Chase.

Kathryn Torres-Bloch1Walked in and I'm the only customer. See 5 employees, they said none of them could help me change my name on my account and I would have to schedule an appointment. Apparently they were too busy with the rest of the invisible customers to help me today. Soonest appointment is two weeks away. What the heck are these people being paid to do? They were just sitting around talking and on their phones.

Blanca Andon1I withdrew a large amount of money from Chase and it appears that I was given 100.00 bill that is fake. I tried depositing my cash into a different account with a different bank and the ATM did not accept it. I tried to pay at a restaurant with it and they told me it was fake. I just tried depositing back the same bill onto their Chase ATM and it’s not accepting it. Now I’m here waiting to see if the teller will be able to assist with this. This is ridiculous. How can a bank miss this??? It just doesn’t make sense.

Sean Simmons1Tried scheduling an appointment with Carlos to switch business bank accounts. When he called me he acted like he was too busy and said I was lucky I got the appointment when I did because he’s so booked. Then carrying on the conversation trying to get the details I needed, his attitude was just like he didn’t care. Still do not have the questions I needed answered. Unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend this location.

Benita Jimenez Mills5Carlos Enriquez is helping me with my business account, today he assisted me by opening a saving account. He was very professional and patient. He goes above and beyond helping my husband and I with the contacts, tips, and details about a house loan.

Kenneth Sherry Corley1I waited for the business banker Carlos at the Nacogdoches rd in San Antonio Texas location for over 30 minutes while he had a personal conversation with a woman standing outside his cubicle. I was wanting to open a business savings. Business people don't have time to stand around and wait while your bankers catch up on personal matters. Between business and personal I have 6 accounts with Chase bank. Rethinking this because of lack of service

amber morales1As we are a business and pay the fees for this. I feel the least that can happen is when the drive thru opens at 8 am, they actually open at 8. In the past 3 months we have gone and 4x they said they will be opening at a later time. (I go only 2x a week, so who knows how often this happens) This gets very frustrating when we have to be open for business and I have to deposit/get change. Very unprofessional for this to happen far to often.

Mis Kandi5Without the kindness and compassion from Kevin at the location on the corner of O’Conner and Nacadoches, my family would have became homeless. He helped advise me and saved me out of so many jams. He’s extremely professional and yet he feels like a family member you haven’t seen in a while every time I visit the bank...choosing to go inside vs. using atm.
