Frank Gomez5Ok- Where do i start, First ever Mercedes Benz purchase for my Wife :) Searching the internet galore for months, was never able to find the GLC300 Model my wife wanted! Finally found the one @MBSelma. Making contact and working with Salesman Juan Gonzalez was the smoothest car buying experience yet. Juan personally stayed in touch throughout the process and even gave my wife a complete lesson on the SUV Features. Overall, the experience and dealership was amazing, Do yourself a favor and Ask for Juan Gonzalez, you will not be disappointed. Josh A1Made an appointment to take in my GLE 43 and this place is terrible compared to the other dealers. There was only one service representative working and he was (without cause) condescending and rude. He quoted me over $600 for Service A and when I expressed surprise he proudly proclaimed they are more expensive than the other Mercedes dealers. I did not stay and have my vehicle worked on.

To clarify the services you were quoted, we perform true Mercedes-Benz Interval Service for Service A that includes much more than just an oil change. Other dealerships in the San Antonio area are not providing the entire service, they are just doing oil changes, which is why our price for Service A is higher. Anthony Pettis5Although I was bringing a vehicle that wasn't purchased there I felt as if it were. Also this is the best dealership I ever been to, exceptionally clean and courteous to everyone. Spencer (tech/mechanic) was the best I wouldn't want anyone else touching my car.

Robert Davis1I made an appointment to see a particular vehicle. While I was sitting in the front seat of this vehicle checking it out, another customer walked in to see the same vehicle. She was waiting on her husband/boyfriend to get there so they could potentially purchase the vehicle as well. He didn’t show up for 30 minutes. My wife and I took the vehicle for a test drive and after talking it over for a few minutes decided we would purchase the vehicle. While we were in the actual process of purchasing this vehicle (filling out the paperwork) the other couple took it for a test drive and decided they would purchase it as well. Little did we know, the other salesman for the other couple decided to go ahead and fill out all the paperwork BEFORE the test drive so that when they were done driving, they could quickly submit the application before us (because it was already done). The manager on duty went ahead and let them purchase the vehicle out from under us because they submitted their paperwork first. I went to talk with the GM the next morning but he couldn’t/wouldn’t talk with me. I talked with somebody under him but it was too late, there was nothing they could/would do. I’m writing this review to point out the unfairness that we were submitted to. We had invested over two hours of our time only to have the vehicle literally stolen away from us because a certain salesperson apparently cheated the system. Apparently that is ok up there. I’d still buy from them, their vehicles are nice and the salesperson that assisted us was very nice. I’d just be a lot more wiser next time.

Ray Cho5I leased a GLE 350 from this dealership today. Everyone was incredibly professional. The dealership is beautiful. It's brand new and everything looks great. The customer service is outstanding. Ruben Calderon was my salesman and he was fantastic. My finance guy Ed Brown, is also very nice. He is the consummate professional. If you're in the market for a new MB, then you owe it to yourself to visit this dealership!

Marco answered the million questions I had while making me feel comfortable and made sure I got the best deal for my vehicle. I contacted Andrew Morgan at the Selma location and he told me to come in and he would help me learn my new SUV. Andrew was extremely friendly and knowledgeable regarding all things Mercedes. He spent over an hour with me and even took a test ride with me to show me how to handle my new vehicle. He was so personable and a true pleasure to talk with. Steven Lewis5Took my sprinter to Mercedes of Selma because I was becoming dissatisfied with the lack of good customer service at Mercedes of Boerne. Glad I did. Got a next day appointment. Zack was my service advisor and he treated me right. Very thorough look at what service was needed, a great discount and a loaner car. Only thing I could not get was a complimentary vehicle wash. Wash bay not big enough for sprinters, same story at Boerne. How about hand washing? Anyway I am a satisfied customer and I recommend Mercedes of Selma to other sprinter owners.

Mitch Allen1Price Gouging at it's finest. I asked about a Mercedes Sprinter Van and was told that they had one coming but that they'd have to charge me an extra $5000.00 due to inventory and chip shortages. This car didn't cost them anything more to build. I told them that I'd pay the MSRP. This is there email reply "I do apologize, it is a supply and demand market. Per are GM we will not be selling at MSRP." I already drive a Mercedes and it will be my last...even when the supply and demand market flips!
