  Used this company 2 years ago when they came through our neighborhood in round rock passing out flyers. Loan was easy, but during my time,I fell on a worse time with payments. Pedro was awesome to my kids. When things got better, I paid them off. I’m going back to where they treated me like family. No complaints here.

  Was trying to use this company had Brianna helping me she says she needs to run my credit then afterwards start to tell me what I would need like verification of an address, why didn’t you tell me this before you ran my credit? So I ran my credit and now I can’t even get approved, if she would have told me from the beginning then I wouldn’t have let her run my credit. Worst company ever don’t ever use them Wish I could give no stars. Don’t even deal with these people you have Pedro who claims he’s the manager when he can’t do anything so rude, would refuse to help me and hung up on me multiple times

  They are pretty good I do have one concerned is how come they're reported to the credit bureau closed when they were paid off early I do need clarification on that

  Love Bre and Pedro!!! They are the ABSOLUTE best in town! It’s the whole reason I stick around and keep my business at Security Finance. Thank you both for the amazing service and laughs over the years. Between loosing family, Covid and life they ALWAYS understand.

  Got a loan 3 years ago to help build credit. Then did the renewals to try to keep credit going waiting for any change to the score. Not only did it NOT build any good credit whatsoever even though we have paid 100% on time but now it is turning into bad credit from the 7 hard inquiries over the last 3 years (that for some reason just started popping up over the last couple of months, which is strange).No where did they tell us they would do a hard inquiry on some of the renewals. Now we are building credit the right way with a credit card. Do NOT use these people if you want to build good credit at ALL!!!!!!

  Never had any issues with the crew in RR. Not sure why people are harping on them just pay your bill or give them a call to work something out it's not rocket science.

  Hey whats ip Breanna ,Ester and the guy manager and all the girls at securty finanse !! Listen up Austin tx ,If you are looking to rebuild ya credit well this is the place to start ! Now when you borrow just pay them back and you can even get a higher loan the next time you need one! Im not getting paid I just want to thank these kind folf for helping me and they will help you too so go see them and you will be glad you did !

  I been a customer for years I highly recommend this company from the manager to every single person that works there. always trying to help people in need .people always take things the wrong way they do their job.

  They are the only loan company that I will recommend to anyone. Their terms are very reasonable and they don't mind working with you. And the staff are very respectable and kind.

  STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I TOOK OUT A 12 MONTH LOAN IN MARCH 2016,I PAID OFF THE TOTAL BALANCE IN OCTOBER 2016.THE CREDIT BUREAUS STILL HAVE US DOWN AS HAVING A BALANCE HERE IN APRIL 2017! I CALLED BEFORE AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD TAKE 30-45 DAYS FOR ACCOUNT BALANCE TO BE FIXED AT THE 3 BUREAUS.WE ARE IN APRIL 2017 AND THE BUREAUS STILL SHOW A BALANCE ON THE ACCOUNT!TODAY APRIL 20.2017 I RECEIVED A CREDIT ALERT SHOWING THAT THIS COMPANY IS REPORTING MY ACCOUNT AS BEING 90 DAYS PAST DUE!!!! I CALLED PEDRO AT THE BRANCH AND HE INFORMED ME THAT THEIR COMPUTER SYSTEM HAS BEEN ON A FREEZE.CAN U BELIEVE THAT??? A COMPUTER FREEZE SINCE OCTOBER 2016,AND IT UNFREEZES IN APRIL 2017 AND SENDS A 90 DAYS LATE MESSAGE TO THE CREDIT BUREAUS ON A ACCOUNT THAT WAS PAID OFF IN OCTOBER 2016,5 MONTHS EARLY,IN FULL!!! TOTALLY FRAUDENTLY REPORTING BY THIS COMPANY!!!! BEWARE!!!!!
