  Property: Sundancer in Corolla Seaside customer service was great to work with, pleasant and professional. House presents well on the outside, but the inside needs a lot of help. This house has very little communal space on the interior for this size of the house and number of guests it allows. Not all guests could fit in the TV room together, as there is not enough seating. Additionally, the furniture is old, and needs replacing. The patio furniture on the screened in porch is broken, old, and also needs replacing. Additionally, the placement of the Large Master Bedroom is located in the worst possible location of the house, which is directly under the large kitchen table. The sound of anyone walking or moving chairs around is amplified in the Large MB. If folks are playing card games, eating or just hanging out in the kitchen no one is sleeping well in that room. There should be a very large rug to accommodate the table and chairs to limit noise travel below. My wife and I slept in that room., and we did not have one full night of restful sleep, nor any sleep-ins due to all the noise from the flooring above. Moving to the downstairs game area, there is not enough room to enjoy a game of pool as you're either bumping into the foosball table, the fridge, or the sofa. Also, there was no chalk to be found for the pool cues, which made it impossible to play a good game of pool. Additionally, home owners should consider a heating element to the pool. It was freezing and we could not enjoy it. We specifically picked this house since it had a pool, which was disappointing. Unfortunately, given all these elements, we left disappointed.

  We rented "Six Pack" July 11 - 18 2015. We had a great vacation week, weather was wonderful and getting the family together was priceless. The Nags Head area is always our first choice for family vacation. That being said I would never recommend the Six pack to anybody. It was dirty, and dated. The furniture was awful, beds soft and lumpy, couch and chairs in living room were filthy. I am pretty sure the decor hasn't been updated since the 80's. The pictures online really don't show how small and cramped every bedroom was. By dirty I mean, toothpaste in the sink, hair in sink and tubs, a shower caddy that was so gross we took it out of the shower during our stay. With our total rental costing just over 3.2k I can say I have never felt so overwhelmingly overcharged in all my years of renting in Nags Head. Sadly I can see now that I have read more reviews, Seaside Vacations gives the same pat answer to every complaint on here. So this feedback is obviously not taken seriously. I will be sure to post my reviews on as many sites as I possibly can so that no other customers feel as ripped off as we do.

  absolutely amazing! the house was beautiful, the view of watching the sunset right there on the balcony overlooking the water, you couldn't ask for a better peaceful moment! There was more than plenty of room for our party of six. The kitchen was amazing, loved the stove/oven! The hot tub was amazing, being able to relax and look out over the water...beautiful! The amount of balconies was great, everyone could enjoy some part of the view. I just can't say enough on this house! The size of this house is great for a large group. i have nothing neg. on this house at all:) The only items that we didn't like: not pet friendly, the drive to the house from the main drag is very long (if i didn't love the beach so much i would have never left the house), and the maint personnel. we had a couple of items that needed attention, a door knob and the pool handle to get in the pool. neither were addressed properly. The office staff-amazing! If your thinking on this house and the cost is something that is holding you back....it is well worth it! I am one who looks at value and how we spend our dollars and on what, and this house was well worth what we spent. If you do choose this home, i hope your family/group enjoys it as much as we did. It was very hard to leave at the end of the week:)

  Since Seaside took over the Durum in Ocean Sands A last year, the property has improved every year. We loved the beds already made and the keyless entry was very convenient. The kitchen was much better supplied (I did not need to pots and pans and utensils I had brought based on past experience) and the house was cleaner. Thanks for the welcome beach bag with early survival supplies. I look forward to what improvements next year brings.

  Seaside vacations may have been the best rental company we have used. We have come down from Richmond for the past 10 years, once or twice a year using various companies. The home we rented through Seaside had the credit from a local beach gear company. We were able to rent bikes and umbrellas, which made packing easier. The house was the cleanest we had stayed in and towels and sheets were provided. Again making packing easier. Lastly, leaving the house was easier. Past companies we have used ask you to clean floors, vacuum, wipe counters--not with Seaside. They ask you to do the basic (take out the trash, clean your dishes, sheets off the bed, etc) but that was about it. We highly recommend looking into using this company for your next OBX vacation!

  Seventh Heavenn was a wonderful home and so conveniently located to duck to shopping to restaurants. The six bedrooms accommodated our family very comfortably. The open living space on the main level was perfect for entertaining, And the views were amazing. The pool was an added bonus for our six children who swim early morning into the evening, when they weren’t swimming In the ocean just steps away. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the air conditioning worked well. The availability of beach chairs, bicycles , and boogie boards made for a comfortable, active and enjoyable stay. One difficulty was “so many steps” to navigate. We had 3 senior grandparents with us so climbing up and down all day was tough.on them. Fabulous house!!!

  The coded door made checking in and out easy especially after arriving in the early morning. The place was beautiful, clean and well stocked with everything you need from linens to dishes to pots & pans. We had an amazing stay, will definitely use Seaside Vacations again and would recommend them to everyone I know.

  We had such a wonderful vacation. We could not have asked for a better time. We came in the week after a hurricane was to make a direct OBX hit. Seaside was there to advise and to answer all questions as well as to keep us up to date on what was happening. All of the information and the app. was fantastic for getting around the area and scheduling activities. And the best part! The house! It was a perfect location for us, we could fish from the back yard and when the kids wanted a change the pool and the swing set with fenced in yard was right there and we could all remain together and this Momma got to relax!! And at the end of the day we could keep swimming, relax in a fantastic hot tub, or sit around the huge dining table and play games. The beds were so great it was hard to get out of them in the morning! Everyone keeps asking "when are we going back"!

  We stayed at Anchors Away.. We arrived it was clean and the house was beautiful and equipped with everything you need.. Seaside was very professional and I will definitely rent through Seaside again.. Thank you seaside for making my vacation great😁
