  Rick worked with my husband and I for years to find the perfect beach house for our family in the Outer Banks (and we did!!!).   Rick was the consummate realtor...knowledge of the OBX market, responsive to the many questions on this major investment, professional in every sense and very personable. He was very understanding when we had to pull out of our vacation home search due to my job issues. Once the potential to let's look again happened Rick picked up where we had left off. It took contracts on five homes to find our great OBX home due to home inspection issues, my job issues etc. All along Rick was by our side to continue the search until BINGO!! He became and remains a great friend!!
