  Serghei was truly incredible: he helped us out with buying our house, answered all of our questions and worked loosely with our realtor Eugene to ensure that we get the house of our dreams. It could not be more smooth and took 1/2 of the average time from start to finish. I will most definitely refer my friends and acquaintances to him as we were really fortunate to have him on out team.

  Serghei Dragni was very big help. We had so many questions, had to make some decisions and choose scary options. We had some road blocks with our mortgage. But step by step all the way Serghei, Terry Clark and Nexa mortgage were with us..Their advices and non standard thinking (like making video with all explanations of our mortgage details!) led to our new home.
