  The people at this bank have gone beyond the extra mile to help me and are friendlier than family. I have worked with several First Citizens Banks and this is my experience across the board. The only reason I gave them 5 stars is because there is no way offered to give them more.

  I've been a client for over 15 years of First Citizens, because it was a Friday close to 5 (even though the lobby doesn't close until 6) the lady in the bank refused to actually look and see that I was a client. Because she wouldn't she told me I had to pay an $8 fee to cash my paycheck. This was after the sideways glances when I walked in and generally not being very friendly. Keeping in mind there are two reasons there shouldn't be a fee 1) I'm an account holder, 2) my paycheck was written off a business account. Do yourself a favor and head to one of the Statesville branches where they will actually do their job and take care of customers instead of act indignant because you are wearing work boots and a ball cap.

  I've always had great experiences with this bank. I really only frequent the one on Medical Plaza, but they are all nice. They have bent over backwards for me and Kayla at the front is the best! I love this place.

  The lady who took my deposit acted like a chilld who was awakened from a nap. angry, irritable, hostile and was rude" Yeeeessss" is not customer service. NO NO NO to you lady. Superficial Personal Prejudice doesnt belong in the workplace. MY NAME IS SIR Lady and until you remember that you dont deserve my time or money and neither do you need to work in customer service.

  Absolutley horrible experience!!! They are a bunch of criminal! Charged my husband and I $25.00 to close and account. Stay away from this bank!!!
