      This CU is a partner branch of Truliant Federal CU. On 10/5/21 I went inside to withdraw money & was advised they only handle partner CU transactions in the drive thru. This really bothered me because there was not anyone in the drive thru or inside. I went outside & went through the drive thru to make the same transaction. I think it could have been handled differently. Example: Advised me I may only come through drive thru in the future & process my transaction inside as a courtesy. Great CUSTOMER SERVICE is not hard. PEOPLE refuse to use that skill. I was considering opening an account there. They will never get my money. Train your staff to treat people as if they are the reason why they have a job.

      I’ve been coming to this bank for over 7 years. The women that work inside are wonderful and have always done anything they could to help me. It’s always a pleasure to go to this branch. Kindness and professionalism aren’t always commonplace nowadays. I couldn’t be happier to give them a good review.

      Taking my money out on Monday. The absolutely the worse bank I've ever dealt with. They disabled my debit card because I didn't use it..so I called them, they sent me another one.. I activated the card went to the store and the declined the card . With over 20k in the account. I've been trying to get this account straightened out for months...I'm done with them...stay away unless you love frustration and incompetence.

      I love Piedmont Advantage Credit Union! Especially after my experience with Ali... She was extremely helpful and informative. I didn't expect to be treated so well and I am going to suggest this credit union to all of my friends and family. It's small, but it feels very homey and welcoming when you walk in. Ali really changed my perspective on credit unions and I can't wait to go back to see her friendly face and help me with any questions I have.

      If you want poor customer service and an epic waste of time, this is the bank for you! They are very inexperienced and unprofessional. After spending several days trying to educate them on how a title legally transfers, we were told that we would have to go through a process that would have made us unable to register a boat in our name for 1 year in order to satisfy their requirements. I don’t want to pay for a boat that I can’t use for a year, thank you. Save yourself some time, money, and a huge headache...go somewhere else.

      I am always Leary of leaving a bad review. I understand people have bad days. However, this bank, on more than one occasion was frankly rude and dishonest. I was even personally accused of lying on a form I was turning in. Lying? What good would that do me? I watched as they made customers wait outside without so much as an apology. The list goes on. Run, do not walk AWAY from this place. I am finally feeling like I have a sense of dignity after going to another facility. I was treated with kindness and respect. In addition, I accomplished, in 45 minutes at a different bank what I had spent three weeks going through ridiculous requests. - I finally gave up on Piedmont. I left with the little dignity I had remaining. But, I am grateful I found another bank that was just wonderful. Everything works out in the end.

      WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! Several things I don't like about this Credit Union. One, you can never call directly to the one in your area. It always goes to central call center. If i have questions I would like to be able to speak to a human and not spend 15 minutes trying to figure out which options may lead to that, which usually doesn't. Second, I know we are all taking precautions because of covid19 but the fact that we can't go in at all is obsurd! Third you won't cash our teenagers check from a world wide food chain?!? She told us to go to Walmart.....seriously? Okay, fine!!! Its a sad day when Walmart has better banking options than your credit union but apparently they do. Time to reconsider our banking options.

      I know covid19 is part of the problem. BUT every time I go to the branch at Mooresville NC there are usually 2 lanes open and lines are unreal. I have yet to get through in 20 to 30 minutes and there is a 3rd opening lane that never opens either. Now with the branch closed to come in you would think you could open 3 lanes when busy. Also I can never get to talk to anyone when a problem arises. I have to put myself in cue for a call back. Just seems things could be adjusted better to service the customers!

Our Mooresville branch lobby is open should you need to come inside. Many feel more comfortable coming through the drive thru during this time, which does increase the number of cars.       I called to ask for information on opening an account and asking for auto refinancing loan. The lady over the phone told me someone would call me from the Mooresville office branch. I called back the next day to ask why I didn’t get a call. She checked with the branch and was told they had tried to call me but vm was full. I didn’t want to argue but I didn’t have any missed calls. I asked if I could get an appointment to discuss opening an account and ask about loan refinancing. The lady over the phone was communicating among computer with the branch and was told to tell me to come in. To start the process with filling out the application through the drive through. Which I did because it was my only day off. Which that was explained to the lady over the phone. I got the application filled it out while I was parked to the side parking lot. I than tried to come into the building to wait was told. No one opened the doors. I went back through the drive through and waited again to ask to come into the building to discuss my questions. They told me to send the paperwork through the drive through . The paperwork did not fit to go through. I push the call button let them know that. They answered me but I did not hear what they told me. I push the call button back again but no one ever answered. I went to the front of the building and knocked on the front door. I spoke to Jean who assisted me by getting my application. She checked back with the person I was suppose to see that day. She was told that she was in some sort of meetings and I would not be able see her. To email her the application and they would have an answer. I was really shock because they made me drive to the branch making me think I would speak to someone inside. No information was given to me about loans with them. Very bad experience even Jean felt bad for me because she notice that it was very hot outside for them to have me waiting to not even get seen. Very unprofessional I decided to look elsewhere for the loan due to the unprofessionalism that was shown. Miss Jean gave me her card and told me to call her if I needed anything to call her back.

      Worst financial institution I’ve used. Inconvenient, unorganized, and very out-of-date. I’m finally getting around to closing my account after moving out of state and it has been the most ridiculous process. Nothing automated, nothing simple. I’d stay away.
