  I HIGHLY recommend Jeff Shook! He made the entire home buying process so incredibly simple. He explained everything (the numbers, the process, what to expect), so there were no surprises. He worked late on a Sunday night to get all my paperwork completed for my pre-approval so we could submit my offer! He stayed in contact with me every step of the way and never missed a beat. He even came to my closing with a gift in hand and a smile on his face! You won’t get that kind of service by going through any other lender!! Jeff is one of a kind!

  Jeff Shook is not only thorough, but patient, client oriented, and knowledgeable. He took the time (until 1 AM, literally) to explain the terms and conditions of my loan after shopping through multiple markets to find the lender with the most competitive terms. It was clear after asking him a few questions that this man knows what he's doing, and I highly recommend anybody shopping for a mortgage to reach out to him.

  I CANNOT recommend Jeff enough, he saved my wife and I from possibly losing out on our home. We changed mortgage brokers/lenders and came to Jeff 10 days before our scheduled closing date hoping he could help. Jeff had us approved in 4 days!!! Not only did he keep our original closing date, but the interest rate we got with him was .385 points LOWER than the other broker/lender! Jeff always answered my phone calls, emails and even worked weekends and late nights so that we could get everything finished on time. I promise you will not find a better broker who takes care of you, is responsive at all hours of the day and can get you the lowest price possible.
