  I was very pleased with Ms. Bell’s Notary Service. She contacted me a day before for confirmation and when she arrived she was prepared, orderly and professional. She was respectful and in agreement with Covid masking indoors, as that made me more comfortable. Her thoroughness and efficiency were noted and truly appreciated for signing legal documents.
