  Just closed on my 1st home and I had the pleasure with working with Shae Hobbs she is so amazing truly enjoy what she does. My home buying process had a lot of Ups and Downs but without Shae I don't know if I would be able to have handled it no matter how many questions I had or how many times I bugged her she always answered all my questions and was very professional. She was my rock during this process. Thank you so much Shae your amazing.

  Hands down to First World Mortgage - the epitome of professionalism! Michael Daoud was my Lender and I was fortunate enough as a first time homebuyer to have him assist me. From pre-approval to the closing table I was in good hands as reassurance, great communication is pivotal in having a stress-free home buying experience! His team was phenomenal in professionalism and being detail oriented - but the best part was I never once felt pressured to purchase anything I felt I couldn’t afford. I’d recommend First World Mortgage in a heartbeat - they were amazing to say the least and you won’t be disappointed!

  I was introduced to Mary Saunders after having multiple issues with another company. She has been extremely upfront with the process and stuck around the whole time. I had come from a company that i would not hear back from for a week plus. She added a positive approach even during the more stressful times...keeping me on track so to say. Every one at First World was very nice and worked hard to get me the mortgage. I highly recommend and there is no hesitation when people aske who i dealt with. AAAA++++

  We have been working with First World for almost 90 days and were told today after supplying tons of paperwork that we we couldn’t get approved. Sold our house and now have had our entire lives uprooted. Had been told we were in underwriting for weeks and no sorry can’t close. Beyond furious! Not small business owner friendly at all. We both have excellent credit scores, plenty of money in bank and minimal debt.

  I was referred to First World and Mr. Moore by an acquaintance and it’s been an excellent experience. A refreshing change from a few others I’ve dealt with over the last several years in the Northeast. Mr. Moore is very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and the company is first rate.

  My Dad, Phonesavanh just went through First World, he says they are the best. Christian, Joe, Erin and Frank will work to get you into a house. Not only that they will make that journey and experience as smoothly for you as they can. If you are looking into buying a home look no further than First World Mortgage, if its not First, it must be second and nobody remembers second.

  Anthony Difusco jr is the best. Walked me through it step by step and kept in touch 3 yes before buying because I called showing interest. Very low apr clear cut instructions. I've gotten 2 homes from fwm.

  I don't hear people say this very often, but what a wonderful experience working with First World Mortgage to obtain a mortgage for a home purchase! Jesus and his team in Watertown were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. I would highly recommend them if you're looking to purchase a home because they made a usually stressful situation stress and worry free.
