  I had a great experience using Ryan for my recent condo purchase! Everything went smoothly and right on schedule, even though it was over Christmas and New Years. I'm new to this whole process, and he was super patient with my one thousand questions and concerns—he was willing to spend lots of time explaining things when I met with him in person, and was also helpful (and responded very quickly) any time I e-mailed him with questions. His assistant Thania was also awesome and helpful and very responsive.

  Our neighbor referred us to Ryan. I'm so glad they did. Ryan was extremely hard working. He gave all options available to us. Advised which loan he thought would be the best for our specific needs. He helped us know what steps we needed to take to clean up items on our credit report that shouldn't have been there. He tried to make it as easy and painless as possible. The line of communication was open. We were always able to get in contact with him quickly. He returned phone calls quickly.
