  I had Loree Beveridge help us with our loan here in Utah, and even though she had a STACK of others she was helping along with us, she took the time to answer the questions we had, took the time to call and give us updates on EVERYTHING, and was super happy and upbeat with everything.   Luke Sorensen and his team were amazing to work with. I don't think I have ever had someone work so hard for me. was working with another lender ( PREFERRED LENDER), but there was never any call back's, follow ups, or anything. my loan was approved and funding very smoothly, defiantly would never use anyone else, other than Luke again.   We were pleased with our interaction with Security Home Mortgage. We have used the company for previous transactions and always found them to be very efficient and helpful. Their origination fee was the lowest we found and they communicated with us almost on a daily basis as to the next steps to come and what those steps would be about.   Brandon Mecham walked me through crisis mode as my financial situation spun out of control. I NEVER wanted to refinance my home because adding years to my loan duration was the last thing I wanted to do. Brandon was able to collect all of my data concerning income and debt with a gentle touch. He then presented me with options that included a home refinance that actually shortened my loan commitment by 3 years. This man was so comfortable to work with through the entire process.   Darla Rogers made sure I got the house I wanted and the mortgage payment I wanted with a VA loan - super recommend!! She was always available, even on open house weekends, to text me mortgage estimates on homes I was bidding on. Then once I fully closed on a loan, she made the process so easy!
