  By far the best branch around! There are quite a few branches much closer to where I live, but I take the extra time to come to this one. The team at this branch is far superior to all others! They make “going to the bank” fun! Great people, fun, and easy to work with! Highly recommend 🤘

  We were looking to open our business accounts and the team at the Orem branch was exceptional helpful. Ayisha expecially was very patient in making sure all the paperwork and our accounts were set up correctly and even took the time to activate our new business debit cards for us. We will recommend friends and family to do business with SSFCU in the future. Amazing friendly team at the Orem branch. We left very happy.

  Aayisha helped me get a loan i probably couldn't have gotten anywhere else! Her customer service is fantastic, she definitely needs a raise after the amount of calls i made with questions!

  This branch is by far the best! The employees really go above and beyond to help you with everything you need. I recently choose this bank to refinance my Auto Loan and Ayisha Mitchell made the process smooth and effortless. You can tell the employees really know what their doing here. With every experience I have had dealing with this branch the employees have taken real time out of their personal lives to make sure I get what I need done fast and right. For anyone who is looking for a bank that really exceeds your expectations then this is the bank for you!

  I called today about a frustrating situation I've been dealing with for the past 6-7 months and spoke with Aayshia. She helped me understand what the next steps would be and helped get our problem on a way to a resolution within minutes.   I always have a great experience at SSFCU in Orem. Jennica that works the drive-through is always so helpful and knowledgeable, to help us or with our transactions. She’s always friendly and happy. She takes time to know our names and who we are and remember us. She’s a great employee there.

  There is not enough space to write about how amazing the people and service are at the Orem branch! I was assisted by Karri and Ayisha. They are 2 of the most helpful, pleasant, and professional women I've had the pleasure to meet. They helped me with a lot of questions I had about credit, loans, credit cards, mortgages, and so much more. I walked out with a whole education. They also helped me in figuring out an account to pay off. They were patient and super accommodating. Jami and Melissa were also available to help and answer questions in other areas including insurance. They are all personable and caring. These 4 individuals are part of the reason I will always recommend Security Service FCU and I will be a member for life. Thank you for the incredible device and going above and beyond!!!
