  Bliss is amazing. Over the past several years, she helped us buy a home, sell it AND buy another. Because the market changes so quickly we have always had a bunch of questions. She has always been very patient with us and great at explaining whatever is going on. I highly recommend Bliss!

  Bliss made getting a mortgage easy. She really helped us understand the whole process. Long before we found our dream home, she was getting us ready.   I've worked with Bliss and she is outstanding at what she does. One of the things that I liked the most was how she kept everyone up-to-date on the current status of the transaction until we closed. She sent out weekly updates that were very helpful. She was always on top of her work and was so professional to work with. I would recommend Bliss to anyone looking to qualify for a loan!

  I can't say enough good about Bliss and her team--they are AMAZING! My real estate agent recommended her after finding that we were getting the run-around from other lenders and finding the loan process to be very difficult and tedious for first-time home buyers. Bliss gave us numbers right away with the lowest interest rate that we were quoted from any lender! And then she was extremely helpful and efficient when it came to getting through the loan verification process--there were bumps and hurdles along the way, but with her help everything came through with outstanding success. The bottom line is that with Bliss and her team you will receive excellent, high-level service every time around. I recommend her to everyone that I know who is looking for a home mortgage.

  Bliss is fantastic to work with. This is the second time she's helped us with the process of buying a new house and she really went to bat for us. She got us approved before we even started looking for a home so we knew what we could afford. Once we found the house we wanted, she was on it getting us numbers that very day so we could make an offer. Bliss makes the whole process so easy and stress free. She is really great with explaining things so we could understand them and she gives us weekly updates on the loan process so we always know where we stand. Bliss knows her stuff, she knows all the in's and out's of her trade to get us the best possible outcome and she will go to bat for you too. She even sent us a packing kit to help us get started with packing up our house to get ready for the big move. She also gave my brother and sister-in-law tips on how to improve their credit so they can get a new home of their own soon. Seriously, she's one of a kind. Anyone would be lucky to have her service their loan. Thanks Bliss!

  Bliss and her team were great! They explained everything really well throughout the process, and were very accessible for any of the questions that we had. We also appreciated how they were able to push our close through a little faster, and they kept us up to date with the status of the loan at every step of the process. Also got us an amazing rate! Definitely recommend!

  Bliss is amazing! She really knows her stuff when it comes to mortgages and the different types of loans available. After talking with her I knew that I was getting the very best loan for my situation. She was so great to answer all of my questions and she was in contact with me throughout the entire process.   Bliss was so easy to work with and helped us understand exactly what was happening. As first time homebuyers, we were confused at the terminology and process but she handled everything, keeping us informed the whole time. What sealed the deal for us is that we were able to contact her outside of regular work hours. We had an emergency where our checking account was compromised and we were able to call her cell on a Saturday and get advice without getting "Sorry, I'm out of office. We'll talk about it Monday." Bliss really cares and works hard to help her customers understand each step of the process.
