  I had a wonderful experience working with Ruth! I recently did a Refi on my home, Ruth was recommended to me. From my first communication with her, I knew she was the one for the job. I had extenuating circumstances, and nothing tripped her up. From start to finish, she made me feel as though I was her only client. She had all the answers to all the questions I had, and was never too busy to answer even the smallest of questions. Her integrity surpasses what you find in most people these days. Ruth is one of the best and most thorough Loan Officers I have worked with and I wish more Mortgage Loan Officers were as detailed as she. Ruth carefully vets each deal prior and ensures that all bases are covered before the loan gets underwritten. Ruth communicates very well with her borrowers, referral partners and lenders. Ruth also works with a superior Loan Processor and the two of them make a formidable team. Ruth’s top priority is getting loans closed as efficiently and painlessly for her borrowers as possible.   Ruth is a rock star! I always knew this, but upon my first chance to work with her I was blown away! We had a messy situation and I just dumped it all on Ruth and asked her to please help me pull everything together in an aggressive (if not totally unrealistic) timeframe. Even she said she was unsure if she could pull it off. Three days before closing everything was tied up and off to the title company. Ruth is pure tenacious, go-getter, make it happen results!!

Even with the new mortgage rules & regulations in place, that can add time to a closing, she was still able to close the mortgage in about 30 days, which was about 2 weeks early and amazing.
