      Needed a new car on a tight budget, and salesman Abby did an excellent job helping me get the most value for my money. Unfortunately, dealing with customer service over a car part the dealership offered to fix has been incredibly frustrating. I contacted Russ Darrow Mazda by email after being transferred to five different departments over the phone (without reaching the correct department), hoping to find the phone number I needed. Got a really rude response from the customer service representative! I'm not sure why this employee decided to word her reply so unprofessionally, but I am considering paying for the fix myself just to avoid dealing with them again!

      5 stars! I have been bringing my vehicle to Russ Darrow Mazda for the last 4/5 years for service and the level of customer service I receive every time is phenomenal, Brian specifically. He knows his stuff and looks out for your best interest.

      Had a very positive experience here. Low pressure sales. I worked with Will, and he was polite and professional at all times. I was probably one of the more pushy customers he'd had in a while, but he never showed frustration or anything but 100% professionalism. The dealership had closed while I was there, and they let me hang around as long as I wanted without any annoyance or showing any frustration. After we had settled on a price, a tax had been missed in the paperwork, but the out-the-door-price was honored, and the dealer paid it themselves without any argument. I got follow-up email making sure all my questions were answered, and they never pushed me to buy anything I didn't want. Recommended.

      We leased a Mazda CX30 in Feb and purchased a Mazda 3 last night. Worked with Kyle for both vehicles. He was very thorough in answering our questions. We dealt with Sean with the financing. We were very pleased with dealing with both of them

      Services and car buying experience here was quite disappointing. Called and inquired about test driving one of the cars and potentially purchasing one. Got a call and email from their online sales representative saying they would gladly show me the car and work with me. Go in the day of the scheduled test drive and test drove the car. Test drive was as expected and afterwards was the negotiations. I had stated that I had saw the price of the vehicle online which sparked my interest initially and right away the sales representative states that the price is if we qualified for all the incentives and that price was there for instances such as this, to make us drop in the store in the first place. Ultimately we didn’t end up buying the car from there and sales told us they had the best price and we won’t find a better price and were welcome to visit the other Mazda store ( Don Miller )to beat their price. A month later I saw another car, same model, make, year, similar mileage etc. .. but in the Russ Darrow Mazda in Greenfield. I inquire on that one and ended up buying the car from there. The sales representative was open and clearly wanted to give us a fair price but what I ended up figuring out was that there clearly was a big markup somewhere in the Russ Darrow Madison store versus this one because of the final out the door price difference. Eventually I had to take the car back for maintenance and decided to take it to the one in Madison here since it was closer only to find out the services were also fairly disappointing. Scheduled an appointment one week ahead and on the day of, I get a call saying that they wouldn’t be able to do work on the car for at least two to three more days even though I had a confirmed appointment already. So I called the same day to the Mazda in Greenfield and was able to get an appointment right away. I also realized that even though both stores take on the Russ Darrow name they don’t seem to get along with each other? Essentially its disappointing to see the same stores that bare the same owner seem to have such different attitudes for its customers based on where it was purchased. Overall I’d say if you’re interested in a car at Russ Darrow Madison you should also check out the one in Greenfield but beware of services depending on where you bought the car at, as it seems both don’t get along and contradict/compete with each other. Good luck with your car shopping endeavors and hoped this review helped.

      Very bad customer service. They say everything right until the deal is made. After that, it is impossible to get answers or a call back from them. Traded in my truck back in February. It is April and they still haven’t fully paid my old lender the remainder of the truck loan. Also, as soon as we finished the paperwork for my new car they tell me that lost the second set of the keys. We are two months now and I cannot get an email of phone call back on where the second key set is. Highly advise you do not shop here. Nothing buy headaches and unreturned emails/calls.

      I almost want to say to never go here! Because it will ruin you! They take such amazing care of their Mazda owners that anywhere else you go will seem awful in comparison. I am so happy every time I come here! Truly the absolute best service department I have ever been to. 5+ stars!

We will recommend Russ Darrow to others that are looking for a fresh car, they truly worked I felt so good about the experience with us and.

      After my husband passed away, I had to deal with a bit of a messy lease on a Mazda. I called the financing company, trying to get a resolution that would allow me to keep my car. After a lot of phone calls, I contacted Russ Darrow whose staff then made phone calls to the financing company. After coming full circle from where I'd started, I went in to the Russ Darrow Mazda dealership, totally convinced I'd leave without a car. What did happen was that I left Russ Darrow with a new car that I owned. I am still amazed at what happened. The people I worked with at Russ Darrow were incredibly helpful, kind, and understanding. It was an experience I certainly wasn't anticipating, particularly with past experiences with car sales people (a long time ago) where I had to participate in the dickering between my husband and the sales person....very uncomfortable situations. If there were 1,000 stars to rate my experience with Russ Darrow Mazda, I'd give it to them.
