  I loved working with the Ryan Smith mortgage team at Waterstone. They were fantastic through every part of the process. As a first time homebuyer I had a lot of questions, and they patiently held my hand through it all and answered them all. They were in contact with me at least once a week for status updates. They accommodated me by being available by email and phone, however it fit into my schedule. I would definitely recommend them to others looking to purchase a home. Their customer service was great, and I felt like I was more than just a number for them. If I refinance my house, or buy another house, I will be coming back to the Ryan Smith team at Waterstone!!

  My wife and I could not be more happy about our experience with Ryan Smith and his team at Waterstone. As young, first-time home buyers we had a lot of questions and felt very overwhelmed at times. The team did an outstanding job of being there to quickly answer our questions day and night, and even weekends. They worked hard for us, saw our vision, and made it happen in a time frame that we were concerned would not be realistic. We love our new home, and are grateful to have had them to support us through the process of finding and purchasing it. Ryan is obviously a very smart man, as he has surrounded himself with a team of women who are as knowledgeable as they are beautiful. LOOK NO FURTHER.

  Hannah Milbrandt and Ryan Smith were great and easy to work with! Especially during these unprecedented times, you need a team that is thorough and makes sure there is no delays in funding.   The Ryan Smith Mortgage Team at Waterstone Mortgage was fantastic to work with! My fiance and I were first time home buyers, and she was very nervous about the home buying process. This team was able to walk us through step-by-step, and got us a great rate in the process. They call every Tuesday with an update on how everything is coming along, and can be reached very easily at any time. Not only were all of our documents prepared well before closing, but they also had a team member at closing in case we had any questions. We love our house and couldn't be happier. I know there will be no nerves next time we are in the market when we go back to Ryan Smith and his team. I have already and will continue to recommend this group to anyone in the Madison area.

  I wish there were more than 5 stars. I can't say enough how awesome our experience has been working with Ryan, Rebecca, and the whole team at Guild. They have been such great partners and made everything so much easier and enjoyable. They answer the phone every time we call (even if it's well after business hours) and they answer all our questions with very thoughtful and thorough responses. There was so much coordination with our builder and the details were constantly changing, but the team at Guild handled this with ease. They have been absolutely brilliant to work with and I would recommend them to anyone, especially those doing new construction.

  Ryan, Noelle, Carol, Hannah and Cassie were on top of it. And they bought us pizza and soda for moving day. Plus Ryan sent us a nice personalized stamp with our new address on it. Top notch folks. Real nice to work with and they take the time to explain everything and guide you through it all. They made the whole experience much less intimidating.

  Update 1/22/2021: This update is a bit overdue, but once again, we were able to utilize the services that the Ryan Smith team at Guild Mortgage has to offer. Ryan has helped our family purchase two homes and take advantage of low interest rates by refinancing our current home. This team has consistently delivered on their promise to make the entire home buying process painless and simple! Our gratitude for them is paramount and we will continue to utilize their services in the future. Previous Review: If you dream of homeownership, then this is the place to start!   I've known Ryan and his team for a few years now so when it came time to purchase my personal home I knew they were the team for the job. From great mortgage products and programs allowing for a quick close(less than 18 days!!) Ryan's Team did not disappoint. Rebecca was extremely patient as we asked for a pre-approval letter for each home we wrote an offer on in this crazy market. After Offer nine, we had an accepted offer! Carol went above and beyond with following up with us so we knew where we stood in the process and Ryan followed up during the process as well as after to see how our move went! This team continues to impress and I will continue to recommend to family, friends and clients. We can't thank you all enough!

  Real professionals! Ryan has access to and a fantastic knowledge to more mortgage products then I know existed. Ryan and his team stayed in contact with me through the entire mortgage process. In fact, one of his team members would check in with both me and my real estate agent every Tuesday until we closed to update us and answer any questions. Every email or phone called was returned promptly. Our realtor was equally impressed with the Ryan Smith team. I highly recommend at least talking to them if you are shopping for a mortgage.
