  Waterstone Mortgage was the perfect fit for my loan. Everything was easily done online and was quickly processed so I was always prepared for each deadline in my loan.   What a fabulous experience with my refinance! The process was so smooth (and I know that sounds cliche, but I almost couldn't believe it). I received proactive weekly updates on my refi status, electronic signatures on all docs, and a few phone calls to check in about any lingering questions. For anyone who might be uncertain about the refi process or questioning if now is the right time (it is) - I highly recommend working with Dave's team!

  My wife and I have now worked with Dave Grauwels and his team at Waterstone Mortgage on 3 different transactions - we could not be happier. Purchasing or refinancing a home can be a stressful process, but not with Dave. No matter the time of day or complexity of my question, Dave's team was always there to provide a thorough and timely response. I can be a demanding individual to work with, but Dave's team exceeded my expectations.   We had a great experience with Dave and his team at Guild Mortgage when we wanted to refinance our home loan. They made the process very simple and we were able to significantly lower our monthly payment and eliminate our PMI after refinancing. I would highly recommend for if you are looking to refinance or buy a house(we worked with Dave when we bought our house as well)

  Dave and the entire Waterstone team deserve every ounce of 5 stars.......if I could rate them higher, I would. During our home buying experience, Dave and his team walked us through step-by-step and made the whole process simple, easy and most importantly stress free. Any questions we had, we were able to ask and get immediate responses due to the open lines of communication that existed that were opened up by everyone on the Waterstone team.........even after hours and late in the evening, if we had a questions it was easy to get responses from anyone needed. All paperwork and documents were outlined and presented in a very easy to understand way, and we were walked through all of them piece by piece. Follow up with everything, from everyone at Waterstone was fantastic! Not a step went by that we were not in touch with someone from Dave's team, ensureing everything was going well and we were happy. I highly, highly, highly..........highly recommend Waterstone, Dave Grauwels and his entire team!
