  Extremely friendly service. I believe Frantz helped me this morning. I was greeted when I pulled up and I received great service. I needed to bring my car in to get a nail removes from the tire. I called and left a message and my call was returned promptly and I was given a time to bring the car in the same morning.

  Absolutely fantastic dealership. They have gone above and beyond my expectations in both sales and service.   My experience was a little bumpy due to miscommunication. My salesman knew I was open to other lenders and that my spouse would not be there to sign papers for financing. When I showed up, all the paperwork was incorrect and I had to wait for over an hour and a half. I purchased a demo model that had not been fully cleaned on the inside. There were dusty footprints in the 3rd row. Overall it was a good experience and I would definitely go back. I will just make sure I speak to each department on my own and not leave anything to chance.

  I bought a used 2016 Nissan Leaf and Type 2 charger. I needed to travel a minimum of 65 miles round trip to work, without recharging, at mostly highway speeds of 70 mph. I was assured the 30 kWh battery range of 107 miles would be sufficient. On my way home the battery was discharged at 62 miles. I was towed home after being told by the dealership that they would cover the cost, they paid only half. I made several runs to work and couldn’t make the round trip at 70 mph. I called the salesman and was told that having the heat on and driving over 60 mph affected range. I could only make the round trip taking back roads adding 20 minutes travel time each way. I had the certified used car battery tested at a local dealership but it tested 100%. I called the Sales Manager to express my displeasure after one week and was told there was nothing he could do. He suggested I contact the General Manager if I wanted to pursue the issue further. Since I couldn’t cancel the transaction I decided I would have to trade the vehicle in. I bought a new Nissan Altima SR. I lost $1845 on the trade-in along with service fees and taxes and DMV charges totaling over $3,000. I thought I would have gotten a better deal considering the circumstances. I was also charged $1,006.03 for a Type 2 charger as part of my loan contract. A charger that sells on Amazon for $632. Weeks later, I have not been issued a credit for this item. I have left messages with the General Manager but haven't heard back. In the end, I like the vehicle. It was the only one of two models I could select based on price. If I knew I was going to end up with a new car and with the deal I ended up with, I should have shopped elsewhere.

  We purchased a Nissan NV Passenger for our growing family. One of the owners of Rosen, Steve Foresta, welcomed us. He made us know that our business was important and personally offered to let him know if we needed anything. It made an impression on us as we are part of our own family owned business. He and his wife Angie, made the experience feel as if we were family. All the care that the staff took to insure we were satisfied, was wonderful. My wife loves the truck as it is versatile to accommodate a larger than ordinary family. From start to finish...exceptional experience! If you want a personal touch with a passionate group of people, we would recommend Rosen to anyone who asks.

  I went in just to see what options I had. Sandy was amazing and took the time to listen to what I needed and worked with my budget.   This was the first time I’ve been here (just bought a Nissan Pathfinder from a local used lot) and they were very helpful, seemed very knowledgeable, and were very friendly. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. I was in and out and on with my day and the services I needed were done quickly and well. This is where I’ll be taking my Pathfinder from now on. I’m very happy with my experience.

  This was the most comfortable I've been buying a car. The guys at Rosen Madison found me the EXACT car that I wanted. James went over every option available and answered all of my questions without pressuring me into anything I wasn't interested in. He was very polite and professional throughout the entire process. His coworker Kevin was also very pleasant and provided friendly conversation while James stepped away to work on my deal. When I met with Toby, the finance manager, I was very impressed with his knowledge and how clearly he explained the documents and terms of the deal. He also answered all of my questions and didn't make me feel rushed or pressured. I would definitely recommend that anyone looking for a new vehicle get in touch with this team. I will certainly return to them in the future.
