  The best customer service experience I've ever had! Seriously, the Joe Long Team went above and beyond. We worked with both Joe and Jed, and they treated us like close friends/family. They were available to answer questions for us any time day or night. In the rare instance they weren't available we received a call/email/text back within 12 hours. They were there for our closing and got us a great gift too. This is a great team with folks who really do care about helping you. If/when we finance again we'll be using Waterstone and the Joe Long Team!

  I'm so grateful to Joe and his super star team, Anamika and Jed. From my very first call, to inquire about the mortgage approval process, my circumstances were handled in such a way that I wasn't at all concerned about making this happen long distance. Moving to Wisconsin from Michigan provided challenges that Joe, Anamika and Jed handled with patience, grace and expertise. Even now that I'm settling into my new home, they still check in to see if I need any additional help. You really can't go wrong with the Joe Long team; I can't recommend them highly enough. Their attention to detail while making you feel 'like family' is a huge comfort and will free up your time (and mental energy) to deal with the many other details of purchasing a new home that are on your 'to do' list.   We loved our experience with Joe Long and team at Waterstone. They helped us secure the loan we needed, were communicative and helpful for us to understand each and every step of the sometimes daunting home-buying experience.   The Joe Long team is amazing! The entire team was there for us every step of the way with general updates weekly from Jed, verification of all the paperwork by Anamika, who has the patience of a saint, and of course the check in's and advice from Joe made this experience the best home purchasing experience. Even after closing they still check in on us! I would highly recommend sitting down with Joe to look at your home buying options. With competitive rates, easy communication, convenient location and the willingness to help - the JOE LONG TEAM is the best!

  Joe and everyone else at Waterstone made buying our first home a lot easier than we thought it would be. Joe explained everything during the application process in a thorough (and sometimes funny) manor, and made us feel super comfortable. He made sure we got the best loan and ratepossible, and that we understood everything about the loan. During underwriting, I communicated a lot with Jed and Rebecca, and both of them were wonderful while answering my millions of questions. Our closing with Joe took about 45 minutes, and was as smooth as could be. It was a really great experience working with Waterstone, and I will recommend them to all of my friends and family.

  Working with Joe Long and his team was incredible. As first time home buyers, we were, for lack of a better word, terrified going into the home buying process, and we had no idea where to begin. Before my first meeting with Joe I worked with Anamika (love her!) to get all of the documents needed for them to fully evaluate where we were at financially. They have systems in place that make this process smooth as silk and so easy to understand. Then I met with Joe in person and right off the bat he told me "You can do this. You CAN buy a home". I had been so worried that we wouldn't be able to and that we would be stuck in our apartment, and he immediately put me at ease. He is so personable and funny, and really helps you to relax and have the confidence in him and his team that they will take care of everything for you. He let me know what all of our options were and walked me through each of them to make sure that I was comfortable in my level of understanding, and so that I felt confident in making decisions. They provide weekly updates once you have an accepted offer and constantly make themselves available if you have any questions and are always happy to answer them. They never once made me feel stupid, which I really appreciated because I felt like a fish out of water before this process. The entire team took the time to get to know me and my husband, and I truly cannot say enough good things about them. I would recommend them a million times over.

  This was my second home purchase but my first on my own. Although I am in the Milwaukee area, I was so impressed by the initial consultation that I chose to work with this group despite that fact that they were out of the Madison area. Joe and his team were fantastic at educating me and being honest about my options. The constant communication and updates were a relief and made the process fluid. I know my case was not the easiest as I had walked away from two properties before finding the home I decided to purchase. As compared to my first home purchase, it most definitely was a different experience. I was dealing with actual people who treated me like a person. I was very pleased with the experience and would highly recommend the Joe Long team!
