  This was a desperate situation for me after my husband passed. Rosemarie helped me in so many ways. Was able to get me a reverse mortgage to help with the hospital bills and monthly mortgage payments. Not only is she very knowledgeable but extremely supportive. I wouldn't change anything about this experience. Please check her out if you have the need.

  Rosemarie is extremely knowledgable, patient, and caring toward her customers. While reverse mortgages aren't right for everyone, Rosemarie takes the time to explain in real and very simple terms exactly how everything works to help the customer make the best decision. I refer Rosemarie to my customers regularly, and rest easy, knowing they're in good hands. I give Rosemarie my highest recommendation, and strongly suggest you talk with her if you think there's even a change that a reverse mortgage could be a good idea, or just to get educated on the product.

  We can not say enough about Rosemarie. We have now worked with her for both refinancing our previous home and purchasing our new home. She is the kindest, most patient, hard-working, knowledgeable, and experienced mortgage broker we have ever worked with. Not to mention, she got us the best rates both times that no other mortgage broker could even come close to. Rosemarie is with you every step of be way from application to closing. She also does a great job of explaining the entire complicated process to you in a way that you can understand.   Rosemarie recently helped us get a Reverse Mortgage on our home. We knew very little about Reverse Mortgages, but she came to our house and patiently and clearly explained what a Reverse Mortgage was, the benefits obtained, the costs involved, and the process we would have to go through. She answered all our questions and made sure we understood what the whole process consisted of. And she made sure we felt the Reverse Mortgage was what was right for us. The decision was all ours, and there was no pressure on her part. Once we agreed to go ahead, she held our hand through all the steps, letting us know what we needed to do throughout the process. She made sure the paperwork was correct, including the fees we would be paying. She was extremely helpful and stayed in contact with us constantly to keep us informed as to the progress of the loan. Rosemarie is an expert as to Reverse Mortgages and very easy to work with. Now that we have the Reverse Mortgage, and not making mortgage payments, a great weight has been lifted off our shoulders. Prior to this, we were draining our savings and had to watch our spending very closely. Now we could do things we hesitated doing before, and our lifestyle has greatly improved.   I called Rosemarie to help a senior friend with a Reverse Mortgage because of her 5 star Yelp reviews and I'm happy to say that after working and completing the transaction with her, that she well deserves her 5 star rating. She is a great communicator in explaining these complicated transactions that involve FHA and bank rules. She also fought hard to resolve any issues that we faced completing the process. Most of all I very much appreciated her keeping all of her promises to us. We had several phone & personal meetings and she was right on time for all of them.
