  Justin Roberts, He left escrow hanging buyer's agent hanging listing agent hanging kept everyone in the dark when docs were supposed to arrive and just ghosted everyone! Did not disclose up front that this loan would need VA approval from VA and said he could do a 21 day loan and it is now a month late and still no docs. I have been doing Real-Estate for 20 years and never had such horrible customer service and communication! He should not be doing loans!!!!!!

  Alan, Mike and their processor Danielle are the best. I had a very sticky financial situation with self employment and w2 income and they found the right solution to get the loan closed in a very tight market in Dallas, TX

  What a great company. The largest mortgage brokerage in the country. And from a client perspective going with a broker is almost always the way to go. From a company standpoint, I can't give enough praise. To manage that many people and have the vast majority of them being proactive, quality loan officers, it's a model all companies should strive to achieve. From a consumer standpoint, they can know that the company leadership cares first and foremost about the client. If there are ever complaints about a loan officer C2 corporate wants to know and wants to immediately do something about it. You can't say that about most lenders. C2 - Great job

  Steve Brophy of C2 helped me and my husband refinance 4 times, lowering our rate quite a lot in the process and saving us money. Two of those times, Steve reached out proactively to us when he saw a great opportunity. I really appreciated that! I was always impressed by how he remembered all the details about our home, our business, etc. We are in a much stronger financial position now and Steve has helped so much with that!

  First, a big THANKS! to Julie Boyd for yet again excellent service and support with our REFI. This last REFI marks the third real estate transaction Julie has assisted our family with… and they have all been flawless. Julie is by profession a broker, but more of an advocate to us. When we were questioning whether a transaction was wise, Julie offered advice that was sometimes counter to her revenue. When a deadline was critical, Julie successfully fought to get our family’s transaction closed.   This review is long overdue. I called a few months ago to apply for a home loan. actually called twice and never got a call back. I ended up going with another company.

  I have a background in the mortgage and banking industry and consider myself very well informed about the refinance process. I have to say out of all the mortgage brokers I have worked with, Vic is the most knowledgable and upfront person I have met. He answered all my questions, followed through on every commitment and made me feel comfortable each step of the way. I will definitely use him again and would not hesitate to give him as a referral.

  While starting our adventure that is 203k loans, we spoke to a few lenders who discouraged us from the program (one of them tried to discourage us from buying a house altogether and was almost successful). Finding Deborah quite literally changed our lives. She took her time to help me understand the process. Then she made the trek all the way to East Los Angeles to explain the process all over again to my husband and my dad. She answered (many, many) questions and guided us through every step. When we decided that a traditional home loan was more appropriate, Deborah took the time to call and explain that process to us too and made recommendations in our best interest. We felt safe knowing she was just an email/phone call/text away and would always reply promptly. I think what we’re grateful for the most is for all the time and effort she put in for us behind the scenes. After we had already closed on our loan, our escrow officer informed us that our loan almost hadn’t gone through at the last minute because the bank had an issue with the title. Turns out Deborah had fought for us to ensure that we closed as planned, and communicated with our escrow company to prevent the same issue in the future if we ever sold the house. I think the fact that she didn’t mention this to us herself was very telling about how she cared more about not stressing us out than about giving herself the credit she rightfully deserved. She wasn't just on our team, she was our advocate who fought for our best interests.She loves the work she does, and her passion is as obvious as is her loyal dedication to her clients. We absolutely cannot thank Deborah enough. She was our mentor and guide through the entire process. I’m sure she had other clients and a life aside from us, but we’d never know it-- she always made us feel as though we were her absolute priority. I highly recommend Deborah to anyone looking to buy or refinance, even if you’re just in the “planning” stages and seeking advice, reach out to her first.

  Brandon ran my credit as a referral from his realtor girlfriend, only to find out he (and she) was working as an insider for the seller of a house that we were looking to buy. I am not sure what they did was legal or not but I felt 100% used, lied to and manipulated by him and his realtor girlfriend. If I could pursue legal action, i would.

  Hi Phillip. Sometimes a Seller will require a pre-approval from a mortgage broker before they accept or even review your offer. Was that the case here?
