  We worked with Kim throughout the home buying process, and she helped add an element of comfort and control to the chaos that is SoCal real estate! She was available for random questions at all hours, explained different strategies regarding financing the purchase, and was always willing to have some back-and-forth conversations on decisions. She also gave very realistic estimates when we asked about different offers we were considering making. She advocated for us at each step, and I truly feel she has her clients’ best interests in mind. We will be going back to her when we refinance, and again if/when we want to buy a new property.

  We have used Carlson lending team for our last 2 home loans and last 3 refinances. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. Kim works very hard to make sure our loan is the best possible option and she’s always looking for ways to save us money.   Kim is the best at what she does. She made our home buying experience very easy.   I have worked with Kim Carlson and her team since I bought my house in Sacramento in 2006, and have used her broker services 3 times since then. When it comes to financial decisions and transactions, I need to go to someone or a firm I can trust, and the Carlson Lending Team is just that firm. I know that Kim works her magic, trying to get me the best rates, working around my needs and schedule, stating the facts, coming up with options and helping me decide what is best for me. That is what she and her team are all about...what is best for her clients. She makes this very tedious and stressful process, worry-free.   Absolutely no reservations to recommend this group and Kim specifically. It had been years since I had applied for a mortgage and never for a ReFi. However, my existing rate was no longer acceptable to me . We dropped more than a point and a half. Kim stayed in touch frequently and without prompting. She did it generally via non-obtrusive text as was my preference. All steps were announced in advance. I was the third member of my family to finance through this group and each highly recommends the firm and Kim in particular. BTW .....Kim has a wonderful light personality and is not only professional but fun to work with over the process.
