  Joely is absolutely the BEST! She’s been nothing but a pleasure to work with. She made buying our first home process hassle free and to our surprise, a lot easier than we thought it would be. She was always available for questions and concerns. She kept us up to date on any changes or requirements that we needed to address. From the moment we met Joely to finding a home, winning the bid, and signing the closing documents, she was always there to guide us through the process.   Joely did a great job with our re-finance. She found us the lowest rate, and since it had a short lock period she followed up with us relentlessly to make sure we met every deadline to close on time with a great rate. She is very professional and I would highly recommend her for financing/refinancing a home.

  I had previously worked with the same mortgage broker for about 20 years. Upon his retirement he recommended Joely for any future needs I would have. I am so glad he did, since Joely has been nothing but fantastic to work with. She assisted me in refinishing my home and made the process easy. She was there to answer any questions I had and guided me through the whole process. I can highly recommend her!

  I had been attempting to refinance my home for over a year before speaking to Joely at C2 Financial Corp. I came close on one occasion to completing my refi when at the very last minute it was halted due to my Ygrene Loan for my remodel a few years ago, a hideous loan which was attached to my property taxes. When Joely went to bat for me, she not only accomplished getting me a loan, but also rolled into the loan taking out enough to payoff the Ygrene loan. It saved my life! I was drowning in my home loan and the Ygrene loan! I couldn't be more grateful to the effort Joely put in to helping me secure a new loan at a much lower rate and paying off the remodel loan saving my financial state and giving me such peace of mind. Highly, highly recommend!!

  We hired Joely to help us buy our first home. She was with us every step of the way. She is very organized and was great about keeping us on schedule for our goal closing date. She was great about keeping in touch with us whenever she had updates from the seller. We went through several counter offers with the seller and she was able to negotiate things on our behalf. She knew where we'd be flexible and where we wouldn't. We toured the home multiple times and she worked with the seller's agent in getting that arranged. She was also kind enough to meet multiple vendors for us to do inspections of the property. I definitely felt like she went above and beyond what an agent would do to make sure we were happy.
