  Atul was very knowledgeable and experienced. He did a great job explaining each step of the refinance process and what different options were available to us.   After having a bad experience with my first refinance, Atul came highly recommended to me by my neighbor. He truly takes to heart in taking care of his clients. Talk about an absolute All star!! Not only is he incredible in his work, but he cares more so about making sure his clients are are 100% completely satisfied throughout the entire process.   I was referred to Atul by an out of state mortgage broker. They did not know Atul, but said he had a very good reputation. I soon discovered that was very true. Upon contacting Atul, he was easy to talk with and was personal and professional. He was upfront about the process and worked quickly to get my refinance approved and he did it at the best rate I could find. He walked me through the entire process from start to finish and made the process as easy and pleasant as possible. This was my fourth refi and the best one by far because of Atul's personal service. I would highly recommend Atul to anyone who is refinancing or buying a home.

  Had a very good experience with my refinance. Atul was quick in finding best rate, he even went further ahead and negotiated a small credit from lender. Atul is very honest, responsive and most important easily accessible when needed. My refinance sailed through smooth without any drama or unexpected surprises involved. As an investor, there are not many choices out there when it comes to re-fi your mortgage. But now I know where to go for my other properties.
