  Ritchie was so helpful guiding us through the process of buying our first house. He took lots of time to explain things to us and make sure all our questions were answered throughout each step of the process. I love how he would give us a checklist of thing he needed and when- it helped me stay on task and organized. The whole process went very smoothly and I’m very grateful we went with him and his team!

  I’ve purchased a total of 4 homes through Ritchie. As a homebuyer it was very stressful but working with a lender that knows what he is doing helped the process.   Honestly I was only 19 walking into Ritchie’s office I had been in several other places prior to, but they never took me serious when I told them I wanted to be a home owner at that age. Ritchie did, he made the whole ride very smooth and making sure I understood in detail what was going on though the process of buying my first home. It had been a year after I had found the home I wanted and Ritchie jumped right on it. I was very nervous for going through with it but I am very happy with having Ritchie there explaining everything that was going on. Definitely 100% would recommend going through Ritchie Baumann.
