  Shani is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I had put an offer on a house with a previous loan officer (different company) and he completely dropped the ball and left me in hot water last minute. Shani swooped in and saved the day and was so informative and communicative throughout the process. After the previous immense stress, she was truly amazing. I would definitely recommend Shani and ProVisor!

  We have worked with ProVisor both on the initial home purchase, as well as on our refinance. Ritchie has been the person we have worked with both times, and honestly, we will never go anywhere else for anything that has to do with the finance part of home ownership. They have been nothing but accommodating on every level. No matter how many questions we had, any issues that arose, they handled them with no hesitation or irritation. They went above and beyond to handle any situation that arose, and worked harder than I expected anyone to, to make sure that everything was working the way that we were needing it to. I would recommend ProVisor to anyone looking to purchase or refinance a home. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

  We were referred to Jeff Sizemore by a former coworker of mine, who worked with him in buying a house, and she highly recommended him. She was not wrong! Jeff is amazing! Knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with all of our questions about the process. He always seemed available, getting back to emails within a very short time (often within minutes), even at odd times. We can't say enough about how much we appreciated all his help, and how much we enjoyed working with Jeff!
