  Nick and his team make things happen. Having had lackluster mortgage experiences in the past, I was not thrilled about going through the process again when buying a new house this year. Nick and his team made the experience so effortless, that I actually ended up buying investment properties a couple months later, once again using Nick and his team. Every deal will encounter issues of some degree. The mark of a true pro is how they handle the problems. And Nick doesn't back down from any challenge. He's the Rocky of mortgage brokers (without the 80's music... And without the beautiful Italian hair.). And while I couldn't think of a more boring process to go through than a mortgage, Nick actually finds a way to make it fun. Dial him up. I can guarantee it will be a way easier process than dealing with any big bank. Who knows? You may even end up like me buying two houses in four months just because Nick & his team make things THAT easy.

  My wife and I just completed a home purchase with the help of Nick Gundrum and his mortgage team and I have to say we had a wonderful experience. When going through the home buying process it can seem overwhelming at times so it is incredibly helpful when a lender is responsive and informative. Nick and his team were there to answer all our questions immediately and walked us through each step. If you are in the market for a mortgage I would highly recommend Nick and his team.

  Nick and his team were excellent in the process of buying my first home. I had talked to a couple banks and mortgage lenders before Nick. The banks and other lenders just threw numbers at me over voicemail or generic e-mail replies. The first phone conversation I had with Nick lasted about 45 minutes... the first 10 minutes were introductions and business... the next 10 minutes were Nick making sure I actually understood all the information that was presented... the last 25 minutes was like I was catching up with an old college friend (even though we had never actually met face to face). Nick took the time to get to know me, my budget, what I wanted in a house, and my comfort zone. Nick was also always a phone call, e-mail, or text away even outside of normal business hours which made my life a lot easier working second shift myself. 10/10 would recommend to a family member or friend and if I’m ever looking to buy or sell again, Nick and his team will always have my business!

  My girlfriend and I started working with Nick Gundrum in June of 2019. I was a first time home buyer and Nick really made the process a smooth one, always available to answer my questions (even on the weekends!) I really felt comfortable with him looking out for my best interests. We closed on our home in October of 2019 and couldn't be happier with the services he provided us!

  Nick and his team really helped me out when I was having some issues getting a loan through my old bank in less than three weeks. He (and his team) managed to get the whole process taken care of and an appraiser in to look at the house within 7 business days. The Nick Gundrum team arranged for a remote closing, and (since I lived several hours away from my new house) made the whole process seamless. They were great.

  We were relocating to Wisconsin from Minnesota- in a short time frame. Nick made the process really seamless- and fast! We moved through the loan process so easily it was awesome! Especially when houses are going kinda fast, you need that kind of attention to your loan process so you don't end up losing out. My husband and I would go with Nick and his team again in a heartbeat!
