  I really appreciate Tom and his team for their support and efforts on my recent purchase of a condo. We couldn’t be happier with our new place! If you are looking for a lender to work with I recommend working with Tom and his team. I began working with Tom over a year ago and he was able to help provide guidance and recommendations on my previous property that lead up to my new purchase. He is extremely knowledgeable and clearly communicates with his clients as well as manages expectations. I have had several set backs and hurdles that have come up with my last property as well as my new acquisition and Tim was always a phone call away to guide and mainly solve these. It made this extremely stress free for someone like myself who was not knowledgeable on home purchases.   Tom is excellent to work with! He gives great advice to clients and advises them of the right path and option to choose. He shows that he cares for the client first in all aspects. He really breaks things down for those who do not know something and makes sure the client is always aware of what is going on in their sale!
