  I had a great experience with the Reliable Results team. Tricia and Leah were so responsive to my calls and emails and always had answers for me. They led me through the process of selling my home and were really able to help me understand exactly what I needed to do and focus on and what I didn't need to worry about--a great relief. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants a worry-free experience. They are great!

  The team was so helpful especially our agent Luisa who was instrumental in getting us a new place to own. She has been very patient with all our typical first home owner questions, very responsive (no matter the day, time) and very hard working. Most importantly she was good with frequent follow-ups that helped us keep the pace of home search and not get lost in this seller's market. Starting from day 1 until the closing, we have been happy to have found such a good agent and a good team.

  I can’t speak more highly of the team at reliable results. They worked tirelessly for me and my family to find us the right home. We worked with them for over 5 years and they never wavered despite the changing market conditions and our pickiness. I always felt that we were on the same page. They were also always available for a quick chat even when we weren’t actively looking. When we were finally in a competitive position, we relied heavily on them to make the most compelling offer possible and it worked!   As soon as we met with Leah and Tricia, I knew they were the ones to sell our home. They are knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and wonderful to work with. Our house was on the market for 4 days and after two full open houses and 40 private showings, we had 24 offers, all over list price. They sat down with us (via Zoom) to go over every offer and narrow it down until we had accepted one. If you need to buy or sell a home - meet with this team - you won't regret it!   As the name says, you will get reliable results and peace of mind! Leah was our seller agent once. And Tricia Eggert worked with us twice! Recently as our seller agent, but first as our buyer agent 4 years ago. Both are fabulous. Leah is very sharp and just like a lawyer who doesn't miss any details on documents and agreements. Thanks to Tricia, we avoided buying the wrong house. It looked nice on the exterior, but it had a history of issues that the sellers failed to disclose. Tricia will take care of you!

  The team of Brian, Leah and Tricia Brian was very helpful in our recent home buying experience. He is very knowledgeable of all the key documents. He was very positive each step of the way and answered all of our questions about each document. Brian is an excellent communicator expressing when something needed urgent action. Brian works very well in coordination with his colleagues. We highly recommend Brian for his professionalism, realtor knowledge and ability to make the client comfortable through what can be a stressful process. We met Leah and Tricia in June of 2020 when looking to expand our living space with grandchildren visits in mind. Leah and Tricia are both very knowledgeable, friendly, positive, and open minded. During the heat of the summer and COVID restrictions, they were each so helpful with us each step of the way looking at various houses. They always answered our questions and were always available to help when we looked at houses of interest.   My husband and I put our trust and confidence in Tricia and Leah when we decided to sell our home of 26 years, and we were not disappointed. At our initial meeting, they came prepared with comps and they answered our (many) questions. Throughout the process they listened, guided us and provided recommendations (from pricing strategy to new carpet color to people to help minor home maintenance tasks) that were spot on. We put our home on the market during COVID, which meant no open houses, however Tricia and Leah were able to effectively market the house and we quickly had multiple offers from which to choose. In addition to being experienced and competent real estate professionals, Tricia and Leah are also personable and they go the extra mile. They even met contractors at the house when were were not able to be home. Tricia and Leah took what could have been a protracted home sale process during a period of great uncertainty and they made it amazingly painless.
