      Eastern Bank in Westford has great customer service. My mother died recently and I needed to have a satisfaction of mortgage notarized. Even though I am not a customer there (yet), they let me come in 30 seconds before they closed and notarized all the paperwork I needed -- for free. Incredibly kind and helpful.

      Slowest and worst ATM ever and I have only used it twice .. never again . FYI if it tells you your card is not valid go to the Bank of America across the street and save your life minutes

      Worst bank in history. If you don't make a whole lot DO NOT USE THIS BANK. Worst customer service experience I've ever had was here. Guy was too sensitive to be called dude on the phone. Grow up eastern bank.

      The people are very nice. BUT the company decided to change their ATM system so that you can not make a deposit thru the machine, you must talk to a live person who is not there 24/7 and it takes more time - which most people do not have enough of. You can not make deposits on Sundays, late Saturdays, and in the evenings after 8 during the week. VERY FRUSTRATED by this new system. I tell everyone at the bank about this frustration & still it does not change. The worst is when they try and defend this decision! Trying to find a new bank to change to.
